All right, it actually got dark really fast.
I hate recording during the day because the lighting is always too harsh and it's just not my vibe.
So I always try and record within like this like two hour window where it's between day and night.
A little side note if you guys don't know, i'm a huge horror fan.
If you can't tell by the background of like basically every video i've ever posted, i have a bunch of horror posters in my background.
It's been so long since i actually sat down and watched a horror movie and i did that for the first time in a while last night and i watched barbarian.
I'm not going to lie.
It wasn't that good.
Definitely some unexpected things that happened.
The plot was very like it's it's realistic.
It feels realistic like that could actually I mean, I'm sure that is a thing somewhere somehow.
So I like that aspect of it, but they're just very shallow feelings.
It just kind of relies on shock factor.
It feels like, but I mean, it was all right.
I'm not going to knock it apart from that.
I just got done at the gym.
Usually I record a little bit before the gym, but I just hit dang.
Got a nice little sunset going on, but I just hit some chest.
Last couple days in the gym have not been the most productive, but I'm still showing up because well, that's actually kind of what the topic of this video is about.
It's about being able to pull through when everything within you is telling you to give up.
But what do I really mean by this?
What do I mean when I say that there is a significant importance in having the ability to pull through and show up and have the resilience and tenacity to not give up, even when everything within you and your mind and your body is telling you to?
You could describe this moment as feeling impossible, when the odds of success feel like they're diminishing by the second.
But let me tell you something.
When it feels impossible, You've won.
You might be asking, well, how?
How when I feel the weakest?
When I feel the most loss?
When it feels like the journey is done?
How could I have won?
And what am I winning against?
You are battling evil, my friend.
Evil is real.
There is true evil in this world, and it comes into many different forms.
But its sole purpose at its core is to stray you away from your path of good, of righteousness, of success, of health, of fulfillment and passion, and all of these virtues that we so desire in this life.
It wants to deprive you of those things.
And it will do that through manipulation and deception and temptation.
And so it finds its way into your mind and it understands your weak points.
It knows your insecurities.
And so that negative voice that whispers in your ear, that feels like it is not part of you, it is not part of you.
It is an infestation, a parasite that wants nothing more than for you to fail, than for you to give up and lose sight of your true potential.
And so what this means is that, when it feels impossible, that is when you have it exactly where you want it.
My friend, if you can manage to pull the trigger in this moment whether that thing, that action that feels impossible, is the gym, if it's studying for another hour, if it's waking up at that time that you set your alarm, if it's finishing that book.
If it's staying committed to that meal plan or that diet, whatever it is, if you can manage to do that at the moment that it feels out of reach, completely impossible, because your body just wants to quit and your mind is telling you to give up.
If you can do it then, you have won, my friend.
It's all an illusion.
It is a deception that has been planted into your mind by evil itself.
And dang, is it good at doing it.
We all have experience with that.
And many of us have adopted this voice, these despicable tactics of evil as our own.
But they are not.
It is a parasite, as I've said.
Understand the enemy that you face on a day-to-day basis.
The one that whispers to you in your ear.
Know your enemy and the battle becomes much easier, my friend.
Study the way it works.
Know its tactics, its motives, its purpose.
And suddenly these things become almost laughable.
When that voice whispers to you, You no longer perceive it as your own.
You understand that it is a pitiful attempt by evil, by the opposing force, to try and stray you away from your path, to weaken you.
But you continue to walk.
You prevail.
You stay disciplined.
And you win.
You always win in the end, so long as you do not give up.
Because it is not external circumstances or external forces that decide our fate.
It is us.
You do, my friend.
You decide your fate.
I appreciate your time, and I will see you soon.
