Yeah, so one thing about like those skate blades and the wood is that when you walk on this wood, it'll dull your skate so much you can walk on that though the rubber, that won't dull your skates, but this wood will dull your skates like a lot.
The shape of the skate blade is concave, so it's like this.
So really only two parts of the blade touch the ice and the middle part doesn't.
And with dull skates you can't move as fast and you can't skate well.
With sharp skates it's like it's just amazing to skate.
And also this ice is like It doesn't look the best.
Usually you want perfect ice.
And also there is a machine, a vehicle, like a machine, yeah, called a Zamboni.
A Zamboni.
After every period or after every hockey practice, the Zamboni comes and clears and cleans the ice and wets the ice with water.
And then you let it dry for like a minute or two.
And then it's like perfectly smooth.
All like the imperfections and the grooves in the ice are smoothed out.
And he got the leather boots, bro.

So if you never see your stuff on the table, just check the side.
This is called jimdak.
You can see on the top here, they have cheese that they crisped up.
Look at that beautiful golden brown.
Jimdak means, in English, braised soya sauce chicken.
And they give you this beautiful bowl of fluffy, sticky rice.

I always see people getting KBBQ or fried chicken, but they're sleeping on this jjimdak.
