This week, I had a wonderful time.
I met some cool people and I made some new friends I went to the beach almost every day maybe only one day I didn't go to the beach but I just love the beach I I love the salt water.
It feels so good for my body.
If anything is aching or hurting...

I always take a swim in the ocean or in salt water, and I immediately feel better.
The only problem is that the waves are massive.
The waves in Puerto Escondido are huge.
huge. For example, yesterday, I saw some of my old friends from middle school.
There is elementary school, middle school and high school.
Then university and college.
But my My friends from middle school are in Puerto Escondido right now.
So, I went to see them yesterday.
They are my old friends from my hometown.
It had been so long since the last time I saw them.
them. But they are such beautiful friends.
I have so many laughs with them.
So we met up and they picked me up from my hostel and we drove to the beach. To a new beach called called Cipollite, a new beach for me because I had never gone there.
And at Cipollite Beach, the waves aren't that big, so you can still swim in the ocean.
So with my friends, we We got into the water and we swam for a little bit.
I swam and I was just chilling in the water talking to a friend when all of the sudden, Out of nowhere, I couldn't feel the sand.
And I wasn't just floating in the water, but I could feel the current pulling me out.
out. Little by little I felt the current pull me out until I couldn't feel the sand at all and it was getting really difficult to stay in one place.
So, honestly I got a little little nervous and I started swimming back.
A little bit intense but then I realized I couldn't swim.
The current was so strong so I started swimming back but every time I got close I felt a current pull me back out so I would swim again then a big wave would come and I would have to swim under the wave so that I wouldn't get smashed in the face or water in my nose but I would get out of the wave and begin swimming with all of my might and all of my strength I would swim another wave would come and crash right onto me and I would get out and swim and just as I would be reaching the sand another current would drag me out until I I finally realized I shouldn't swim under the wave, but I should let
the wave carry me with it.
So, I managed to ride the wave back to shore.
door. There was even a lifeguard yelling at me.
He was yelling, hey, you need to get out of there.
There is a strong current.
Obviously, I know. So finally I got out and my two other Other friends got out as well, and we were all just panicking.
We were all shook. It was scary.

The ocean is very powerful.
You have to respect the ocean.
and you have to always be careful.
No human is stronger than the ocean.
No matter how much we want to be, we aren't stronger than the ocean.
But after that, I ate some fish tacos and I felt just fine.
Then we drove back and I went out to eat pasta with my friends.
I ordered carbonara pasta and it was amazing but I felt so full afterwards.
My belly or stomach really hurts.
I couldn't finish my whole meal, so I had had to order it to go, to take away.
I took my leftovers in a box.
How often do you have leftovers?
Do you like taking your leftovers with you or do you prefer to not carry them them with you.
Sometimes it's a little annoying to take my leftovers with me and carry them and walk with them but I hate wasting food.
So I always take my leftovers with me, no No matter what, I won't waste any food.
Even my family. I always eat my family's leftovers.
Especially my mom's leftovers.
She doesn't eat all the chicken on the chicken bone.
so I always eat the leftovers on the chicken bones that my mom doesn't finish but what can I say I hate wasting food after that my friends dropped me off back at my hostel and they told me just to leave your leftovers and then come back out to party I said yes I will but I was too sleepy I went straight to bed bed.
I was exhausted from the walking and the intense swimming from that scary wave. And of course, I was also exhausted from the sun. But, this morning, I felt super inspired.
I decided to go for a run around 8 or 9 AM, but the sun here is intense.
Even at 8 AM, the heat was very, very intense.
tense. And when I got back, I jumped into a cold shower.
A freezing shower is just what I need after a long run in the burning sun. It was so refreshing.
After my freezing shower, hour, my friend made me some avocado toast with eggs.
I had my runny eggs and an avocado toast and it was just what I needed.
I think it's the perfect way to start your day.
So So I ate while I finished some work, and I wrote some new scripts for my slow English podcast, and I did some yoga with my friend.
I've been eating avocado toast with eggs every day since I arrived.
After that, I bought a new beautiful necklace.
And it's amazonite stone.
It's supposed to make me feel more calm and balanced.
I love wearing stones.
I think they're very important to balance out energy.
We also bought an orange ankle bracelet.
After that, I took...
