Hello and welcome to Toddler Tunes.
I'm Georgie and I can't wait to sing with you.
Each week we'll sing something new.
This week let's sing the letter O songs.
If I teach you, will you sing along?
Wonderful!
I am so excited you've joined me today because we are continuing our alphabet adventure.
In our last episode we sang about the letter N, So let's sing the alphabet song together to work out where we're up to.
Are you ready to sing with me?
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N, O.
We are up to the letter O.
We have some wonderful songs that start with the letter O today.
But first...
We need to sing a welcome song.
So let's get our hands up high in the sky and wave hello to each other.
Here we go and sing and dance.
We'll have such fun.
You'll see.
Hello, my friend, will you sing with me?
Hello, my friend, will you sing with?
That was amazing singing and waving, well done.
Now our first song about the letter o today is called open, shut them.
So let's get our hands up and put them in front of us, because we are going to open up our hands and then shut them open, shut them.
Give a little Open, shut them.
Open, shut them.
Lay them in your lap.
Are you ready to sing with me?
Here we go.
Open, shut them.
Open, shut them.
Give a little clap open, shut them open, shut them, lay them in your lap, creep them, creep them, creep them, creep them right up to your chin.
Open wide your little mouth, but do not let them Shake them, shake them, shake them, shake them, shake them, just like this.
Roll them, roll them, roll them, roll them, blow a little kiss.
Well done.
Do you think we can go a little bit faster?
Open, shut them open, shut them.
Give a little clap Open, shut them open, shut them.
Lay them in your lap, Creep them, creep them, creep them, creep them right up to your chin.
Open wide your little mouth, but do not let them in.
Shake them, shake them, shake them, shake them, shake them, just like this.
Roll them, roll them, roll them, roll them, blow a little kiss.
Can you guess what letter the word one starts with?
It's the letter O, isn't it?
Our next song is called One elephant went out to play.
Are you ready to get your fingers ready and count some big elephants with me?
Here we go.
One elephant went out to play upon a spider's web one day.
He had some A spider's whip.
One day They had such enormous fun That they called for another elephant to come.
Three elephants went out to play Upon a spider's whip one day.
They had such enormous fun.
Elephants went out to play upon a spider's web one day.
They had such enormous fun that they called for another elephant to come.
The web went creak and the web went crack and the five elephants came running back.
Now in our next song we are going to go on an adventure to the ocean.
Can you guess what letter the word ocean starts with?
It's the letter O, isn't it?
Now in this song, I will sing a line and then you get to sing it after me.
If there's a growing up nearby, they might like to join in too.
Are you ready to sing with me?
Here we go.
Jazz.
Tiny little waves Splash on me, Splash on me Scuttling, Scuttling.
Gentle ocean, I can see it.
Lots of fishies with Sparkling, sparkling.
That was lovely singing.
Well done!
Now we have one more song to sing about the letter O, and it's about a very special creature that lives in the ocean.
With eight arms or tentacles.
Can you guess who we will be singing about?
An octopus.
Well done.
Can you say octopus on the count of three?
One, two, three.
Octopus.
Well done.
Now this very cheeky octopus just loves hats.
So let's pretend that we are wearing a bright red hat that drops into the ocean.
I wonder what will happen next.
Let's put on our listening ears and find out together.
Here we go.
Today I saw an octopus swimming in the sea.
He popped his head out of the water and he said hello to me.
I got such a shock that I dropped my bright red hat.
It splashed deep into the water.
It wasn't coming back.
All the octopus knew what to do.
He gave a little wink.
Before disappearing below the waves, leaving a trail of ink Sooty popped back up and sitting proudly on his head, Whilst my head crooked wet and red.
So if you see an octopus wearing a bright red hat, Please ask him if he kindly wouldn't mind giving it back.
Remember that this octopus is rather fond of hats.
So be careful when you ask.
Just remember that this octopus is rather fond of hats.
What a wonderful adventure we had today.
We opened and shut our hands.
We met one little elephant who went out to play on a spider's web, didn't we?
We also went to the gentle ocean.
And we met a very cheeky octopus who was rather fond of hats.

Now, do you know what it's time for?
It's time for us to wave goodbye to each other, isn't it?
So let's get our hands up high in the sky and give each other a huge wave goodbye.
Are you ready to sing with me?
Here we go.
Goodbye to you, my friend, i've had such fun with you.
Goodbye to you, my friend, i hope.
