We have so much to talk about in today's video.
Starting with my everything shower routine, I'm gonna show you guys all of my favorite products and scents.
This is everything I do once or twice a week to wash my hair and completely reset my routine.
I feel like doing all of this stuff also makes the rest of my week super low maintenance.
I'm also gonna be sharing with you guys how I grew out my hair stronger and healthier and shinier, because looking at how my hair was at the beginning of my hair journey is crazy, crazy.
It looked so bad.
Like I didn't even realize how bad it was.
I also want to talk about how to get soft, glowy skin and how to smell good all day.
So we have so much to go over.
So let's get started.
My everything shower routine always starts with washing my hair.
And this is the reason I have to plan out my week around this everything shower day, because washing my hair and that entire process afterwards always takes so long.
Like it's so nice, it's so fun, but I always know it's gonna be a long morning.
So to start out, I love my shower filter shower head.
I feel like it's one of the reasons my hair has become so much softer.
So I start out by completely soaking my hair.
I want it completely wet before I start applying my products.
I have been in love with the brand Amika.
I've been using their orange collection and I also just finished their green set.
So starting out with shampoo, I always wash my hair with this twice.
I feel like the first go around is a good clean.
I'm making sure I'm getting like that baseline.
But the reason I use shampoo twice is to get rid of all of that product buildup and to really clean my scalp.
So after I rinse out that first round of shampoo, I really focus on scrubbing the second round of shampoo into my scalp.
I really foam it up and scrub everywhere.
You can also use a clarifying shampoo, but I just like using my shampoo twice.
This has made the biggest difference because I don't have to wash my hair all the time.
My hair used to be super oily even like the day after washing.
But after doing this, I can sometimes go the entire week without washing my hair.
So after my shampoo is completely rinsed out, I go in with a hair mask, and I started doing a hair mask every single time I wash my hair.
And one of my favorite tips is to apply it into my hair and then clip it up out of the way and let it sit.
I honestly think this has made a huge difference.
I'm letting the hair mask absorb into my hair, so I'm getting all of the benefits.
And then usually, when this is sitting in my hair, I'll just do the rest of my shower routine, like my entire body care routine, which we'll get into in a minute.
But this way my hair is literally sitting in this mask.
It's not being rinsed out immediately.
It's having time to absorb the product.
After a while i'll rinse out that hair mask and now it's time for conditioner.
Same thing with my conditioner.
I'll wring out my hair and then apply a bunch of conditioner to the ends of my hair, completely tie it back and clip it in place so that it's out of the water, and i'll let the conditioner sit for the rest of my shower.
And I just leave it in the hair clip and I finish the rest of my shower routine.
And at the very end, I'll rinse out my conditioner and I'll get out of the shower.
And when I tell you my hair is so insanely soft after my shower, hair care is so expensive.
I want all of the benefits.
I don't wanna just wash it down the drain.
So I let my hair take it all. and then I rinse it out.
I also have this hair set that I really want to try, but honestly, the Amika products have been so perfect lately.
But that is my entire hair wash routine in the shower.
So let's get into what I'm doing for my body care while that product is sitting.
Starting out with my Dove Beauty Bar.
I love using this as the first step in my body care routine.
This is the perfect base.
I love these Dove Beauty Bars.
They smell so clean and I use this everywhere.
I scrub off all the dirtiness from the day, And this is just the perfect start to completely clean everything and start smelling good.
And now it's time to go in with my shower gel.
I love customizing my routine based on how I wanna smell.
I'll talk about it throughout this video, but I feel like this always starts with my body wash.
I always love super sweet, sugary scents, so this cinnamon buns body wash has been amazing.
It's very cozy and sweet.
But whichever scent you like, i apply this as step number two in my body care and i also have been using a shower scrubber, which i've been loving also, and this helps me to get everything clean.
I'll put the body wash directly on the scrubber and i honestly feel like this helps really lock in the scent, because my smell good routine definitely starts in the shower and after that it's time to exfoliate.
So if you've watched my videos, you know I love the Dove body scrubs.
These are so good.
And I have quite a few to talk about.
My favorite ever is the brown sugar and coconut butter scent.
This smells so good.
Oh my God.
Like I don't think this could ever be beaten.
It smells so delish like a dessert.
Like I literally want to take a spoon and eat this out of the container.
It's so yum.
There's also this vanilla sugar one that I love.
This one also smells so good and so sweet, but it's a little bit cleaner.
I love this one during the summertime, but I finally found this one.
This is the Himalayan salt and rose oil. and I have been looking for this forever.
This is definitely one of my favorites ever, if not my favorite ever.
It smells so sweet, but it's floral and fresh and clean and it's pink.
Like, are we kidding?
Does it get any better?
So I absolutely love using a body scrub and I especially love the Dove ones because they feel so satisfying to put on and the scrub itself feels so good.
Another one of my favorite body scrubs is to use the Lush Scrubby.
This has been one of my favorite shower products for a really long time.
This product exfoliates and smooths out your skin at the same time.
And it leaves my skin glistening.
Like I can't even tell you how shiny and soft my skin feels and looks after I use this.
It also smells so good.
Every time I go to Lush, I have to stock up on this.
And after I exfoliate, it's time to shave.
For the longest time, I never bothered buying a shaving cream or a shave oil, because I would just use my conditioner or my body wash, and it worked fine.
But I shave every single day.
I honestly just can't stand the feeling of hair.
That's just my personal preference.
And I shave everything every single day.
And as you can imagine, it is so time consuming.
So I started testing out a couple shaving products specifically for the sensitive areas, because that's really where I wanted my skin to feel super soft.
So I love this vanilla pre-shave foaming polish.
This just keeps your skin super hydrated and smooth.
And then I use a shave oil on top of that.
I feel like this is the perfect mixture for those specific areas to make sure my skin is really soft and hydrated and smooth, because I don't want any bumps or redness or burning.
So using this combination, I feel like has actually made a difference.
And then I also have a super sharp razor, because it has a ton of razor heads you can change out, and having a nice sharp razor actually makes a huge difference.
And that is actually the last step that I have in the shower.
So now that we are out of the shower, this is where my routine gets very strict.
I have a very specific set of things that I do after the shower.
My first step is always to apply Vaseline to my lips.
This is like so ingrained into my routine.
It's the first thing I reach for after I get out of the shower.
Vaseline is also just the best lip product ever.
Like I cannot live without this.
This is one of the best aftershave products This is a body oil.
I love this one.
It's in cocoa butter and it smells so good.
I finished an entire container, so I just bought this one, but this is my go-to right after the shower.
After I shave those sensitive areas, I put this on and my skin is so smooth and so soft and perfect perfect.
This is what's made the biggest difference in my skin after shaving, so I put this everywhere that I just shaved.
This is my number one, non-negotiable.
Like I have to have this when I shower, and I don't even use this in the shower.
I use it after the shower, but I don't know why my hands have been so.
I also forgot to mention, as usual, my dry brush, which I use before the shower.
This is the very first step of my routine.
Using a dry brush just helps with lymphatic drainage.
It helps with your blood flow, and it just makes your skin really soft and smooth.
There are so many benefits to using this, especially on a routine.
So this is actually before the shower, but...
Anyway, this is also my favorite time to use a face mask.
I feel like after the shower, my pores are all opened up and, from the steam and the eucalyptus, I feel like this is the best time for your skin to take a face mask and really absorb it.
So I've been loving using these because i just took my everything shower.
It's time to do like my everything hair routine.
So this is what my hair looks like it's naturally curly and after the shower it's very tangled.
So the first thing i use is this leave-in conditioner detangling spray.
I spray this all over my hair, not just at the ends, because i scrub my hair in the shower so once i get out it's very tangled, so i want it to be very easily brushable, Like just look at the before and after.
I just have to brush it.
I also like this Ouai leave-in conditioning spray.
It's so expensive, but this one smells really good.
Now that my hair is all completely brushed out, I'm gonna prep my hair for heat.
I always use a heat protectant spray or a hair oil.
This spray from Kerastase I really like.
It's like the perfect blow dry spray, but I also love this Amika hair oil.
This one I love using for before or after I use heat.
I tried to coat all of my hair in this with a couple pumps, but this is a step I can't skip.
Next, I am blow drying my hair and I always section it off with a hair clip so that it's faster.
And now that it is all dry, I'm sectioning it off again and I'm gonna straighten it.
My hair always looks crazy after I blow dry it, so I'm gonna go through section by section.
This hair tool is like one of the most unexpected but amazing hair tools I've used.
I bought this because it's dual voltage and I wanted to be able to straighten my hair when I travel.
But I used it all through Europe and I liked it so much that it became my everyday hair tool.
So it combs out your hair and straightens each section.
I want to show you guys how I've been straightening my hair lately because I love how it looks.
I do one pass like this straight across the section and then at the bottom, I like curl it.
So it's like this.
And it's like a little wave at the bottom.
And I just love how it falls and looks.
It's just so cute.
It's so movable.
It's not like stick straight.
So that's what I've been doing lately.
I also feel like it's less stress on the ends, because I'm not like clamping them straight and like forcing it.
I'm kind of letting them fall and like curl up a bit. bit.
My hair is done.
It is completely styled and we're gonna seal this off.
I love my hair oils.
This one is my favorite for after I style it.
This is the Kerastase Ultimate Elixir.
I just restocked this one.
I love it.
It makes my hair so shiny and silky, and every time I finish off with all that heat, it just needs some hydration.
I also feel like it brings down any frizz and really finishes it off like...
Look at that.
But my favorite hair product of all time is the Lush Super Milk.
This is an absolutely unbeatable product.
This goes hand in hand with my favorite scents and how to smell good all day.
And I love that this is for your hair.
Honestly though, I use it as a perfume.
Like I spray it everywhere.
The scent of this is crazy.
Like this makes me smell like a milkshake.
It smells so good.
I spray this in as the last step of my hair routine.
When I spray this right before going out the door, I can smell it all day long.
This is what I get the most compliments on.
This is my favorite product ever.
I love this one.
Also, tell me why I like just discovered dry shampoo.
Where has this been all my life?
This is like the best invention ever.
After a couple days, it starts to show that I haven't washed my hair.
And it especially shows in my roots because they start to get oily and flat.
But if I don't have time to take an everything shower, I spray this in, I put it right in my roots, I massage it in.
And not only does it help my hair look cleaner, but it also just gives so much volume.
Another one of my favorites is this bubble tonic foam.
I apply this to my scalp on days where I don't have time to wash my hair.
This helps to remove buildup and product residue and clear your scalp pores.
I like this, especially because I have a dry scalp and after a couple days of not washing my hair it starts to feel super scratchy.
So this helps a lot.
This product is from the brand Sea Purry and I apply this product to my scalp.
It's so satisfying.
I love this packaging and I massage this into the roots of my hair and it immediately makes my scalp feel less irritated and more comfortable.
It has this cooling effect that makes my scalp feel cleaner and more fresh, and it's almost like a reset.
My scalp always feels cleaner, calmer and less irritated, and this actually helps with the application of other hair products.
By soothing and unclogging your scalp pores, it allows for better absorption of other products.
So my other hair products actually work so much better after I use this.
So you can click the link in my description to check this out.
And thank you so much to CPurrie for sponsoring today's video.
And now it's time for one of my favorite parts, which is my smell good routine.
So I start by picking out how I want to smell.
Usually this depends on the season or the holiday or sometimes what I'm wearing for the day.
As I said, I always gravitate towards sweet, sugary scents.
So brown sugar, almond, vanilla are some of my favorites.
But I also love floral scents and clean scents.
It honestly just depends.
Lately, I've been loving the salt air, salt water, vanilla scents.
This one is so, so good.
And I even have the matching body wash which I would use in the shower to start out that scent base.
And next it's time for a body oil.
So this is the matching salt air body oil.
I always focus my scents right here, in this area, like my chest, my arms and my neck.
This is where i'm really gonna smell my scent, like it's right here to smell.
But i feel like it's also where other people notice it too, like when you give someone a hug, when you talk to someone, this is the area that they would smell, and then i layer that with a body butter.
So this is the matching saltwater vanilla body butter and this one smells so good.
I love this scent so much.
Like it's actually crazy.
By using a body oil and a body butter, you're really locking in the moisture.
And then to lock in the scent, I love using a body mist.
So I spray this right on top of everywhere I just put that product and it smells so good.
I feel like those layers really make the scent last all day.
And smelling good is like the biggest confidence boost.
One of my favorite compliments is when people tell me I smell good.
And then lastly, after my entire routine and after i get dressed, i spray on a perfume.
This one is so good.
This is powder love, and it smells so yum.
It's so sweet and clean and delish, and i love the pink, so this has been one of my favorites.
I feel like perfume always sticks so good to clothes also, so I spray it everywhere as the very last step, and then I head out the door.
If I want a more clean scent, the Ouai Melrose Place perfume is so good.
This is like the definition of clean, and I also have the matching body cream so that I could layer them or if I want something more floral.
The L'Occitane Rose perfume is a really good one.
This Cheeriosa set from Sol de Janeiro is one of my favorites ever.
I used these the entire summer.
So I have the shower gel, the body butter, and then also the body mist.
This is one of my things to customize, because I feel like how you smell is such a reflection of your personality and your mood and the season, so I love changing this up for deodorant.
I love the Dove dry sprays.
The rose petals is my favorite.
I like the spray-on ones because they don't get on my clothes and this one smells really good.
As I said at the beginning of this video, I wanted to show you guys my everything routine, which includes what I do in the morning, but also my night rituals.
It is 7.50 and I am so exhausted.
So it's time to start getting ready for sleep.
So this is what I do for my everything night routine.
First, I adjust the lighting in my bathroom.
I love making it super cozy in here.
So I have my galaxy light on, I have this pink light and I'm also gonna light a bunch of candles around here, so it's super relaxing.
Of course, we're having a bath night tonight.
This is one of my favorite ways to unwind after a long day and also to start my night routine.
So I have three Lush bath bombs.
These two are the super milk ones.
And I don't know what this one is, but it's so pretty and pink and swirly and it kind of matches me.
So we're going to use this one tonight.
Honestly, one of my favorite parts of taking a bath is setting up my bath tray.
I love to put all of my favorite products and candles and honestly, anything to put me in a relaxed mood.
I was in that bath for way too long.
It started to get really cold.
I watched like an hour long YouTube video.
So it was really nice.
And every time I use a bath bomb and I get out of the bath, my skin smells so good.
And like my entire bathroom smells so good.
But I have my pajamas on.
This is my favorite pajama set ever.
It's just so girly and cute, but we are gonna get ready for bed.
This is really where the night routine comes in.
I don't take a bath very often, definitely not every day.
It's more of just a fun thing to throw into my night routine, but I've been wanting to use one of those bath bombs for a while too, so it was kind of perfect.
But here is where my routine gets serious.
I have been mainly focused on my hair lately.
I spend a lot of time in the morning on my hair, but I like to also prioritize it just as much at night, because I can put in products and let them soak in my hair the entire night, since all I'm doing is sleeping.
So this is where I'll do hair masks, scalp serums, anything that's like too much for during the day.
I'll put it in my hair at night and I feel like that's the key to like really seeing growth and a huge difference because you're letting it sit in your hair and you're not touching it, obviously because you're asleep.
So i want to show you guys a bunch of my favorites.
This honey hair oil from gizu has been one of my favorites for a while.
I talked about this one earlier today, but the kerastase hair oil is so good.
I just like to save this for during the day because it makes my hair really shiny and nice.
This is a perfect styling oil, but sometimes i put it in before bed.
This kerastase night serum was so good.
I am down to like the very last drop.
I can't even pump it out.
Oh, I've been letting it sit so that it could like get into the pump.
This one is so good though.
It's called the Magic Night Serum for a reason.
I love this so much.
I use this every night for a while and I saw a huge difference.
I apply it to the middle of my hair and then all the way down to the ends.
So I might repurchase this one now that it's pretty much empty.
And then there's this Amika one, which I also talked about earlier, which I like too.
This is a styling spray.
I really like too.
This is another good hairspray hair oil.
It also smells really good and I've used a lot of this one also.
And then we have the scalp serums.
I finished this one from Ouai, and I'm using this one from Kerastase, which I love.
I kind of just started using it and I'm trying to be consistent about using this every single night.
I like using scalp serums specifically at night because sometimes they make my scalp super oily.
I haven't really had that problem with these two, but I've used ones in the past and then, like all day, my scalp is super oily and I have to wash it quicker than usual.
So I only use these at night.
I give myself a good scalp massage just with my hands every single night.
Number one it feels really good.
But number two it just gets the blood flow going and it really helps with hair growth.
When I go to bed, I actually love sleeping with my hair in a hair clip.
I started doing this a couple months ago and it makes the biggest difference.
As you saw in my routine after hair wash day, I do everything for my hair.
I washed it, I styled it, I straightened it.
I did everything and I want that to last for as many days as possible.
So I put it up in a hair clip and I make sure it's comfortable enough to sleep in.
And then when I wake up in the morning and take the hair clip out, my hair is way less tangled.
Like it looks to the point where I'll just put in some hair oil and it's styled for the day.
When I go to sleep, I like to use my favorite scent products too, because I want to smell good.
Like I want to fall asleep to the smell of myself.
I have to mention in this video, the L'Occitane almond collection.
I've probably talked about these products more than anything else.
I love these so much.
So I have the shower oil, the moisturizer, the body oil, the body mist, the shower scrub.
I honestly cannot get enough of this.
I couldn't have gotten another drop in.
That is really impressive.
So I used the shower oil in the bath and now I'm gonna use the matching moisturizer.
This product is so good.
So I'm gonna focus it right here as usual.
And then I'm also gonna use this matching spray on skin oil.
I like to put it right on top of the moisturizer.
And then to top it off, of course, the matching hair and body mist.
The only thing that would top this is if I shaved right before bed.
So my legs are super soft, but I feel really weird shaving in the bath.
Like kind of grosses me out.
I can't do it because it's like I'm shaving and then I'm sitting in all of the hair I just shaved off.
Like that is not right, you know?
The very last thing I do before I go to sleep is I put Vaseline on my lips.
Honestly, this is my favorite part of my routine.
But anyway, you guys, we made it to the end.
That is my entire everything routine, morning and night, the rituals, the products, the scents, all of my absolute favorites.
This was a long video.
I already know, but I've been wanting to make this video for so long because I feel like it's such a good accumulation of all of the videos I make like this.
Like I have been trying to find the perfect routine for so long.
These videos are my absolute favorite.
I had so much fun filming this and putting this together.
I'm also gonna be making this entire video into short form content on Instagram and TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
So definitely check those out also.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
I will see you guys soon.
Bye guys.
