You know, most days this process doesn't feel like anything exciting.
Feels like maybe you're stuck plateauing, like your actions and your efforts are going unanswered.
It is now when we need to learn the virtue of patience.
Having patience is like having the key to the gate. of all your dreams and ambitions.
It's the only thing that separates you.
If you have belief in yourself and you have trust and faith in the process and you are patient, anything is within reach, my friend.
You know, yeah, most of the process is hard.
You have to bear struggle and most days, you don't feel like doing the things that you need to be doing in order to get to where you want to go.
So it's a grind for sure.
But you have these moments, you find these moments within that process that make you realize that it's all worth it.
You have a breakthrough, an opportunity lands in your lap, you meet someone, whatever it may be.
There's that thing that just keeps you going.
And you stand on that hilltop and you look back at how far you've come.
Those are the moments that make it worth it.
Hang in there long enough to have those.
Give yourself the chance.
I think the main thing I want to talk to you about is I don't want you to be surprised when you give this thing your all and it feels like nothing's happening.
Like things are moving a lot slower than you anticipated and you're not seeing results as fast as you thought you might know.
Like influencers have a way of making this whole process seem like something.
It's not like i was saying earlier.
They show you the highlights, they show you the achievements, the accomplishments.
No one wants to show you everything that happens in between, and i'm trying to change that by making videos like i do.
I mean, i try and keep things as raw as possible.
I try to show that the simplicity of the process can be truly beautiful.
And it's not something to it's something to appreciate.
It's what I'm trying to say.
But it will take time.
Like there's no getting around that.
It took me a long time in order to evolve into the person that I am today.
And I'm not done.
I'm maybe one to five percent of finish with this whole thing and really there is no finish line.
I've talked about that in other videos, so it's not even really about reaching a destination.
That's why it's so important to find the significance in the process itself, to fall in love with the process itself.
That's all we have at the end of the day, like there's something at the end of the goal waiting for you like a dream home or a nice car.
There's nothing wrong with these things cool watch, but this like stardust that these things give us.
We're off, so what we really do it for is everything that happens in between, but when we're in it, it's easy for us to take them for granted, to overlook these things.
It took me a long time to learn that, to really understand that.
But once I did, my life changed forever.
And I noticed that when I took my eyes off of the end goal and more so just had trust in that I would end up there and focused primarily on the task that was in front of me, I progressed far, far faster than I ever have.
So yes, it will be slow and some days will feel monotonous.
I think that's actually a sign that you're in the right direction.
People ask me all the time, you know, Tyson struggling with this thing.
I'm struggling with that.
I feel weak.
I feel stupid.
It means you're growing.
It means that you're getting out of your, it means that you're pushing yourself.
It means that you're staying committed.
When life feels monotonous and boring, it means you're doing the same things every day.
And if you're on this journey, the journey of pursuing your full capability in mind, body and spirit, and you're doing those things every day, like going to the gym, drinking your water, reading a book, dedicating time to your craft,
You're expanding your skill sets.
You're improving on your interpersonal skills.
Yeah, if you do those things every day, it's going to get boring.
But that boredom is kind of a signifier that you're doing the right things.
Now there's another end of the spectrum where you're not doing anything with your life and you're bored, and that's a whole other thing.
But I think you're smart enough to understand which side of the spectrum you lay on.
But above all else, believe in yourself.
Believe in yourself.
It doesn't matter how strict of a regiment you have.
It doesn't matter how committed you are.
If you don't believe in the vision, in the process, in your capabilities and that they are boundless, it don't matter.
Nothing else matters.
You have to have belief.
And I believe in you case.
You haven't heard it in a while because you know i didn't for a long, long time, and i know how that feels.
I believe in you and forget the screens, even here, like person to person, friend to friend.
I believe in you.
I know you can do this because i did it and i'm still going.
I'm walking right by your side, my friend.
We're in this journey together and that might sound cheesy and whatever, but it's true like we're fighting the same beast here.
So i want you to know that i'm on your team and if any of you guys need anything, like ever, you can message me in my discord.
You can message me on any other platform you want.
There's a chance that i might not see your thing, but i'm pretty active in my discord community and we do weekly group calls and stuff like that and just hang out.
We do watch parties and just have a good time.
It's a good place to be, so but that's not like a whatever.
I mean you don't have to join it.
I'm just saying if you need someone, you want to talk to me personally directly.
Get to know other people who are in this thing.
The discord community is a great place to be.
So I'll see you there and I appreciate your time and I will see you soon.
