Okay, a bit of a disclaimer.
If you're someone who cannot handle tough love, this video is not for you.
So i'm just giving you a heads up.
Now you need to just stop talking.
Just stop talking, because how many times have you told yourself that this is the time that's going to be different, that you're going to lock in, you're going to change this, you're going to change that.
But look where you are.
You're right where you started, and i mean eventually you.
This has to sicken you, does it not?
Eventually, I got so fed up with myself.
Like, have some self-respect, man.
You're gonna tell yourself that you're gonna do something, do it.
You owe it to yourself.
So, like, genuinely, you need to just shut up, okay?
And I say that with love.
You need to shut up, put your head down, and do the work.
Because at this stage in your journey, There's going to be a long period.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
There's going to be a long period where all you are doing is just putting your head down, not talking to anyone, not telling everyone about what you're going to do and how you're going to do it, and just doing the work.
You need to experiment with things.
You need to try new things.
You need to put yourself in the face of your fears and adversity, and you will be lost along the way.
You will be confused.
But with time you will learn and you will strengthen and develop and become smarter and more calculated.
And eventually you evolve into this well-oiled machine and you can lift your head above that water and take a breath.
But for now, my friend, now is not the time for that.
Because if you really want to break this generational curse, this generational chain of just stagnation, that's what it takes.
So let this be the time that you really commit to it.
And again, I say all this with love and I believe in you and I'm excited for everything that is to come your way.
And it is there for you.
It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when, but you have to break the cycle now, my friend.
But we'll get back to that in a little bit.
I just want to start the video with that just to set the tone.
I'm about to hop in the car and drive to the gym and you're coming with me. up in Philly.
Never mind.
Never mind, I'm just trying to get a clip of me speaking Russian so I can look cool to my followers.
Well, maybe 2, i'm trying to learn russian.
Um, i've been learning russian for about over a year now.
For sure um, maybe a year and a half, but it's been.
I did like a year straight um with a tutor and that got me to a pretty good level.
I actually traveled to kazakhstan to practice and like use my russian speaking skills and put into the test, which is pretty fun.
But after i hit a year, kind of, i was a bit more inconsistent with it.
But as of recent, i got back with a tutor and i'm trying to speak to more russian people.
So because that's like the best way to learn a language side note, i think everyone should learn a language.
I'm kind of yapping right now, but Learning a language is There's no cons to it.
It's awesome.
You get to learn about the culture.
You get to travel.
You unlock communication with a whole new part of the world.
And in the process, you're enhancing cognitive ability and all that nerdy stuff.
But if you don't already speak more than one language or you haven't learned another language, I highly advise you do.
So it's super fun.
But...
Back to the topic of this video, which is just stop talking and just do.
I recorded this first part of the video yesterday.
It's a new day today.
So I know I started the video a bit abrasive.
But it's really important that you understand the value and the power and just talking less and just doing.
Because what dictates your life is not your words.
It is your actions.
How people view you is not dictated by solely your words.
It is your actions at the end of the day.
And the same applies to how the rest of your life turns out.
If you're a person who maybe was born into an unfortunate circumstance, you don't have a lot of money, you don't have a lot of connections, you're in a part of the world that really makes it difficult for you to succeed.
You need to know that, although unfortunate circumstances exist, they don't decide your fate.
You do.
And the way you can break this cycle, this chain of just being stuck in the same place and living the normal life.
Not that taking the normal path through life is objectively a bad thing.
It works for a lot of people and some of them are even fulfilled.
There's no issue with that at all.
I have, I mean, I respect that a lot.
I wish I could live a normal, whatever life.
But some people are just born with this sense, this innate desire to seek greater things, to seek more, to pursue ambitious things and grand visions.
Those are the people that I'm speaking to.
And I know what that's like.
I was born into an unfortunate circumstance.
I had loving parents.
But they had their own issues that they couldn't quite work out.
And they're no longer here.
Both my parents passed away when I was in high school.
And my grandmother, who raised me till I was 12 or 13 years old, passed away before she turned the age of 60.
And she was like my second mother.
I mean, she wasn't just a grandmother to me.
She raised me for like half of my life.
And so I lost everything that I knew and loved by the time before I turned 18.
So I had to start from scratch.
And having come out of that, I had no direction.
I had no discipline, no desire to change my actions.
I mean, I was really unhealthy mentally, physically, and spiritually.
The three pillars of life, that make up our existence, I was being crushed in.
I was eating once a day.
I weighed 104 pounds as a grown adult male.
I played video games for 12 to 15 hours a day.
I go to sleep at six, seven am and wake up at two, three pm.
I had i was dealing with a few addictions not drugs or anything uh, or alcohol.
Thankfully i saw what that could do to people.
That's how both my parents passed away, so luckily i stayed away from that.
But i had a really, really bad video game addiction.
Um, i was addicted to vaping and corn.
I hate to admit it but it's true, and my goal is to be as authentic and real with you guys as possible, because these are the things that a lot of people won't share about their, their journey where they started, because you know it's somewhat embarrassing, but That's not really what matters here.
What matters is that we're real with each other.
I talk to you like you're my best friend and I want to do everything in my power to be able to help those that need it.
Luckily I've gotten through that and I've rewired my mental framework so that I have developed discipline.
I've developed confidence.
I have my purpose, which is what I'm doing right now.
And I'm blessed to be able to say that I've surrounded myself with great people.
And you know I'm not done yet.
Of course, like I'm not even close to being finished.
I'm nowhere near satisfied, but I do acknowledge the progress that I made.
And through that journey, I have acquired a lot of insight.
I spent countless hours reflecting, just exploring the depths of my mind, trying to understand this game of life.
What matters?
What are the things that I need to value in order to have a foundation internally that would set me up for success and set me up for a fulfilling and as righteous life as I possibly can live?
You know, you can watch all the YouTube videos you want.
I mean, videos like these are good.
I know there's other creators out there who make great content, but I mean, at the end of the day, it comes down to action.
Like I said,
So if all you do is watch my videos or another creator's videos about how to improve your life, but you don't actually apply these things to your own life, I mean, nothing gets done.
And not to mention I mean on TikTok and Instagram all the brain dead content that we spend hours and hours and hours scrolling through just wasting our time away.
You have a great opportunity, regardless of where you're at, to drastically change your life, and far quicker than you could imagine.
Most people overestimate what they can do in 10 years and underestimate what they can do in one.
Less than a year ago, I had basically no social media presence.
I knew that this is what I wanted to do.
It's always been a dream of mine.
And look at that, I have a YouTube plaque now.
And that's because I decided to actually just start making content and not be worried about the end result or what I'd get out of it.
I identified a clear and meaningful why, which is to provide the insight and wisdom that I've gained through my process, through my journey of life, and providing it to those who need it, to those who are committed to the path of personal development, because it's not sunshine and rainbows.
There's a lot of things in this process that go overlooked because they're hard to talk about in a way that can go viral or gets a lot of views or clicks.
It's always, here's the one secret tip you're missing to change your life in a month, right?
I mean, there's no secret really have a solid set of values and morals.
Understand that, the basics, if you master them, which is simple, things like exercise, staying hydrated, having a clean, healthy diet, setting aside time each day to improve your skills, learn new things, read a book you know, and do it with the intent of expanding your knowledge.
Do it with the intent of challenging your beliefs and just becoming a more well-rounded individual.
If you're someone who has social anxiety or is not strong in communication, do things on a daily basis.
That will slowly improve you in that area.
I mean, you don't have to do it overnight, but a lot of people undervalue the little things, the simple things.
And if you prioritize these three pillars of life that I mentioned earlier mind, body and spirit eventually, with time, what is meant for you will just gravitate into your life, be it people career, passions.
You know opportunity, like doors will just start to open and you won't understand why or how.
But then you just point to god.
God has your best interest at heart, you know.
And Some people ask well, why is my life the way it is?
Or why is it so hard for me and not so hard for others?
It's because you still have time to learn and God is going to give you the space to do that.
You need to condition yourself.
You need to expose yourself to the world to the not so nice parts of becoming the greatest version of yourself and living out your dreams, pursuing your visions.
I mean, these parts of the process, the ones that we wish we could just skip over, are just as valuable as what we desire, the goals we wish to accomplish, the lifestyle that we wish to live.
You know that thing, that vision that gives you goosebumps, makes your heart beat fast, because you're so excited and you are just so passionate about that thing.
It is in your future and it is not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
I promise you that is the case.
I mean, it is a law of the universe.
You first have to prioritize your mind, body and spirit.
If your sleep schedule is terrible, fix it.
If your diet is terrible, fix it.
If you're not exercising, fix it.
If you're not dedicating time each day to expand your skill set, you know, learn new knowledge, read a book, learn a language.
Like i said, fix it.
And just trying new things.
If you don't already know what your passion is or what your thing is or what you want to do, try things.
And if you're not doing that, fix it.
That is all it takes.
And it's easier said than done.
Trust me, I know.
I think I made that clear in the first part of this video.
But that's the only thing that separates you from what you want.
And that's the truth.
It is there for you.
I promise it is.
And I believe in you.
More than you know.
And not only that, but I'm excited for you.
You will have those things.
You will break the cycle and all that you need to live a fulfilling and prosperous life will be yours.
Sometimes we just need a reminder.
So I appreciate your time and I will see you soon.
