If you've ever been on the internet before, then you've probably heard of Fiverr.
Hey, do you know what Fiverr is?
What the heck is that?
Okay, maybe not everyone.
Well, Fiverr is an online marketplace where people can go to either buy or sell things which, on Fiverr, is considered a gig.
Many YouTubers have made videos on this topic, but have all failed to answer the question of how hard is it to make money on Fiverr.
This does not look sturdy.
Well, I worked on Fiverr for a hundred days to find the answer to this question.
Okay, how am I gonna get down?
First off, I gotta create the gig.
So I thought about it and I can edit funny moment gaming videos for people.
I need to phrase that in a way.
I will professionally edit your funny moments gaming videos.
Good enough.
So I spent the next half an hour filling out information and pricing for the gig.
Let's just submit it and hopefully get a bunch of orders.
So I just went to check how many orders I got and It's not a good start so far.
So my plan is to make more gigs.
So hopefully I have a better chance of getting away.
So that's exactly what I did.
Made a couple of changes to both of them.
And now these are the stats.
They went up a lot.
Still haven't gotten an order though.
All right, it's super early in the morning right now.
Let's see if anything new has happened.
I don't think so, but let's see.
Yep, still no orders.
I guess we have to wait a couple more days.
It's 5 in the morning right now and I got an order.
We did it.
We got an order.
They sent it to me at 12 in the morning, and it's 5 now.
So I still have to respond.
I'll probably do that later, though, to wake up and everything.
Yeah, I know.
The whole clip is out of focus.
It's 5 in the morning, okay?
Give me a break.
All right, we're making massive progress now.
So I was editing the video for the first guy that I got my first order from this morning, and then I get a message from another guy asking me to send him another sample of my work for the highlight video gig I made.
So now I'm going to edit that real quick and put the other gig aside.
Let's see.
Hopefully I can make a good one.
So we hired me.
So you probably have no idea what you're looking at right now.
Well, this is what it looks like when you try to edit on an old computer.
And as you can tell, it's very choppy and almost impossible to get things done on.
So the only logical thing to do here is to spend a bunch of money on a new computer.
We have starter series.
Okay, maybe we shouldn't do that.
Just kidding.
While I was waiting for the new computer to arrive, I spent the next couple days working on my first order.
Okay, I just finished up my first order.
Finished it like two days earlier than the deadline.
So hopefully he gives me a good like five-star review, because that would really help me get more orders if he gives me a review.
All right, I'm turning in my first gig right now.
So here it is.
I linked it to here.
Sent him a little message here.
I said here's the final product.
Let me know if you have any changes or concerns.
Hopefully he doesn't because I don't know what I'm going to do if he does.
All right, just checked on my work.
I think it's good.
I got his gameplay.
I just made a funny moments video out of it.
I think I just turn it in and see what happens.
See if he likes it.
Is that it?
Of course that's it.
The first order was complete, which is what I would have said if he didn't ask for three revisions.
But anyways, I worked on these small changes that he requested and sent him the actual final video, which he then accepted.
Okay, so I got another message from the other guy I just delivered to.
He said hey bro, I have an hour and a half of footage and I'd like to create a 10 minute funny moments video out of it.
I don't have an hour and a half of footage.
It's one of the options for my description for the gig.
So I'm going to have to make a custom package for him.
I asked him to send me the footage and I can see if I can help.
So he sent the footage over.
I'm going to review it right now.
And then I guess I'll send him the package and start editing.
So I went into Fiverr to figure things out with Sammy Katie.
I think that's how you pronounce his name.
But while I was working things out, this happened.
Oh, he messaged me again.
Uh, no, you're not.
A new order?
Yeah, I got another order.
So now I have two orders to work on at the same time.
Great.
I spent the next week working as hard as I could on both the orders I got and didn't let anything get in my way.
No, like seriously, I got sick and still continued to edit.
And after all this hard work, I finished one order right on time and turned it in.
But since I put most of my time into the video that I just finished, I only had one day to finish the other order.
I've been editing for like two hours now, and I'm ready to go to bed.
But tomorrow's my last day to finish this job, so I really have to go faster to get this done.
And after hours of editing, I didn't finish.
And since I didn't want Sammy to wonder where his video was, I had to ask him for more time to edit the video.
I'm just going to ask for an extension over the weekend.
I should have it done by then.
So I messaged Sammy and asked him if I could get more time to finish the video.
And he said yes.
So now I had everything under control and got back to work.
All right, so the video is rendering right now.
But look what I saw.
I think I completed the order and left a five-star review.
I don't know.
I think I'm doing pretty well right now.
Here's the final product.
Let me know if you have any issues or concerns.
Ready to order complete.
So the computer came.
Yeah, that's a lot of money.
But now I'm actually able to edit without lag, which means I'm able to take more orders.
And more orders means more money.
Okay, so YouTubers messaged me on Fiverr asking if I wanted to enter an editing competition.
And the winner gets $15.
See if I can win and get the $15.
I didn't get the $15.
So I sent him the video and everything, and he ended up blocking me.
So I can't message him anymore.
So I don't know if I got scammed or what, but it's very strange.
Oh well.
Okay, so I didn't know where I just got a message from someone.
He asked me if I'd be able to edit his streams and stuff, like cut them down into shorter videos.
And he sent me a link to one of his live streams.
So if I go to his YouTube channel, it says he has 136 million subscribers on YouTube, which is quite a bit.
And he's asking me to edit his streams.
If this guy's legit, then that's pretty big.
So working everything out now so I can download his stream and I'll start editing it.
I ended up editing for like ages yesterday.
I made the video past the minimum length you want it to be.
I can just wrap it up real quick and then basically done.
All right, I'm gonna send the guy with 1 million subscribers his order right now.
All right, it's uploading right now, but I'm just gonna say, here's the final product.
Let me know if you have any changes and then my name and that's it.
I have done it.
I received a five-star review from the one and only Bow1G.
And from here, I took off.
I went crazy.
Absolutely insane.
A new order just came in.
I have received another order.
And with all that success, I decided to close down shop and put my Fiverr career aside.
But first, I need to see how much money I made.
Alright, and out of all those 100 days of hard work, I made... $76.
Let's go!
