Feel like falling deeper.
Corona is not the motion.
I'm working on organizing my bachelorette.
I'm like scrambling because i'm getting married in a few months and i haven't done any planning.
I have not proposed to my bridesmaids, i haven't done anything.
And i was talking to my friend the other day and we were just talking about like upcoming travel plans and she was so booked for the entire year that i was like I gotta start planning my bachelorette party, because it's totally slipped my mind that I need to start planning these like way in advance, because it's hard to get a group of girls all in one place.
Okay.
I think that made that worse.
So that's what I'm doing right now.
I have booked all the transportation, accommodations.
Now I just need to put everything down in a PDF.
What i've realized when planning this trip was that i'm just so grateful for all of the friends that i have to have what like seven friends join me on this trip.
I'm, like i feel so, so grateful.
I am planning my own bachelorette trip.
Like everyone is busy and the last thing I want to do is just throw this on to them.
I'm also an INFJ which, if you don't know, I love planning.
Most importantly, like this is probably the first and possibly the last time I'll be able to go on a destination trip with all of my my closest best friends.
I mean, as we get older, it's even hard to get group dinners, let alone a trip.
So we're going to an island.
I don't want to share too much information to you guys because i want it to be a surprise for both you and my friends.
I'm going to share like very basic information with them, if i can try to, because i kind of want it to be a surprise for them, but i don't know how that's gonna work out.
I haven't made a PowerPoint slide since college.
It's a very unserious vibe.
I'm using Comic Sans and I made this while I was on a treadmill.
And then I have all my baddies, I call them baddies.
I have a little meet the baddies section.
I saw this trend going around on TikTok for bachelorette trips and there's like rules.
For me, I got three simple rules.
Number one, no need to prepare anything, no decor, just bring yourselves.
Number two, nothing is required.
Feel free to opt in or opt out of anything.
And number three, no dress code.
Wear anything you want.
And I just want to share my planning with you.
And this is my closing slide.
I'm crying.
That's that, and all this talking made me very hungry, so let's go make some lunch, shall we?
For lunch today, I'm going to make hot pot.
We got wood ear mushrooms.
We got our veggie assortments, our udon noodles, and some beef brisket.
Today's drink of choice is poppy strawberry lemon.
Our soup base is tomato.
I've actually never had tomato sauce at Hot Pot, but I hear it's one of the best base.
I'm gonna start putting my veggies in.
Some enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, some beef brisket.
All right, it's boiling.
So good.
I really like the tomato one.
It has a nice sweetness to it.
It's the start of the new year, which is a perfect time to do a therapy check-in.
And, of course, thank you betterhelp, for sponsoring this portion of the video.
Anyone feel like this pressure to just like start your goals as soon as the new year starts?
I definitely do.
The end of the year is always so chaotic with the holidays and i realized i don't feel recharged at all and i was telling my therapist that i feel like i should be motivated, fired up to take on 2026, but instead i just feel a burnout slowly brewing.
But my therapist actually helped me shift my mindset and redefine what the new year actually needs to look like for me.
So this year i decided i'm going to ease into it, no rushing, and i'm learning that rest does not mean laziness and it is so necessary, and that in itself made me feel so much lighter.
So if this resonates with you and you're interested in starting therapy in 2026, better help is a great place to start.

I had a tomato laying around and I just slapped a piece on it.
That is actually surprisingly really good.
I normally don't like tomatoes, but with the pepper and salt on top, really good.
We're in our bagel era right now.
I've been eating like half a bagel every single morning. i'm gonna jump on a call with a content creator it's a fairly new vendor i think for weddings they pretty much capture content on iphones it's good for people who want to share content from their wedding on social media since i don't have green onion maybe i'll use a regular onion i was just editing and i got so hungry and i remembered i was watching culinary wars one of the chefs was making tteokbokki and it triggered a craving so that's what i'm gonna make missing a really important ingredient green onion i don't have that so i'm just gonna use a regular onion it's like beef tteokbokki which i've never had before chili peppers she added anchovy stock and i'm gonna use the tablet version is this the right way i don't know hopefully it looks like it'll be good For the sauce, I'm gonna use gochujang.
Some gochugaru.
I'm gonna use corn syrup.
I think it's supposed to be like a really thick consistency.
And she also uses shiitake mushrooms.
Use the mushroom and the onion.
Gochujang taste test.
It looks spicy, it tastes like a stir-fry dish of some sort and i think it's because we like stir-fried it.
So there's a lot more flavor to it and i really like the combination with beef.
You can taste like a little little hint of the mushroom, which is perfect because i'm not a huge fan of mushroom, but i don't mind a little mushroom flavor without it being too overpowering.
It's Yu Yan and Kristen's birthday, so Blair's Awesome Man's gonna help me bake.
I'm such a terrible baker.
And he measured everything out, so it's easy for me.
Yeah, chocolate espresso cupcakes.
We'll mix the milk.
It's heated up.
We'll add in the cocoa powder.
This is so convenient.
This is half.
Let's do four.
Four scoops of that.
Four?
Okay.
Oh, it hurts.
And then the baking powder.
In goes the butter.
And then you mock that, yep.
This is so good.
Alright, next one.
Alright.
It just gives you like the most beautiful glow.
Just dropped off the cupcakes for kristin and now i'm headed to dinner with yuyan and jenny.
Wait, so they have an air one here.
Now it's in a kith paddle house and it's a members only, but i didn't know.
You can order it.
You can order it, but you can't actually go there without a membership.
All right, moment of truth.
That's good.
Yeah, it's good.
Doesn't it taste different?
It does taste different.
It tastes different, right?
That's what I said.
I feel like it's better in LA.
Yeah, it's better in LA.
Right?
Yeah, I don't know why it tastes different.
I mean, I had it so long ago, I can't really remember, but it tastes sweeter.
Can you taste mine?
It tastes... Have you tried?
Ooh, sweet.
Oh wait, I don't like the aftertaste.
That's not aftertaste.
It's a bitter aftertaste.
Michelle made me cupcakes for my birthday.
Don't eat the base.
I'm scared.
I haven't tasted it yet.
Yeah, I didn't believe her that she baked this because I don't think you've ever baked.
I never baked.
Yeah.
How did it come out so perfect?
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
I thought she bought it.
She is.
Peace be with you.
Um wait, it's actually so moist.
I love the coffee.
Wow, i'm impressed you're not just saying that right.
