Experts say that climate change is raising ocean temperatures, leading to more significant
water evaporation.

Last year, scientists from Reading University revealed that clear air turbulence over the
North Atlantic increased by 55% between 1979 and 2020.
Paul Williams, a professor of atmospheric science at Reading University, went on record
saying severe turbulence in jet streams could double or even triple in the coming decades
if the climate continues to warm as expected.
