Today's word is fun. I'm a little bit older now.
I don't think I use this word as much. No that's not true.
I'm also a father. I've got two little boys, and sometimes they make me.
Check out today's expression. Let's go back in time.
Oh my God. Wow. Oh, I'm glad. I'm so happy.
This is a podcast. Because if you could see me, oh, my hair is all crazy.
I'm sweating. I look nervous. My tie is over my shoulder.
I just... I don't look good. I look nervous.
I look scared. I look even a little bit sick.
This is today's expression. Frazzled. F-R-A-Z-Z-L-E-D.
Frazzled. If somebody looks frazzled. Their hair is kind of crazy.
They look worried. They might be sweating.
Their clothing is not perfectly lined up.
It is as if... They took their finger and put it inside where the light goes.
Frazzled. And that is kind of the sound you would hear.
If on the wall you see a plug. And please do not do this.
Watch your children. Don't let your children do this.
If you put your finger in the plug... The look on your face would be frazzled.
So when are people frazzled? When they're really nervous, when they're really tired, when they're really scared, when they're behind in schedule, when they're in trouble, that happens. is when people feel frazzled.
Let's check out the dialogue. You look frazzled.
Oh, it's the city life. I feel boxed in.
What are you gonna do? I'm looking into moving to the country.
Perfect example for somebody like me. You know, I live in the city right now and I'll be honest, I'm a country boy.
The city life is not good for me. If you saw me walking down the street, you would think, you would see that I was frazzled.
I get nervous when there's lots of people.
I don't like bumping into people. I like being in nature. with trees and bears and fish and the wind.
And the birds. And the mosquitoes. It's true.
When I'm in the country, when I'm all alone in mother nature, I feel good.
I feel relaxed. I feel like father nature.
But when I'm in the city, oh, I get nervous.
I get frazzled. I do. I do. Sometimes when this podcast, every day I put out this podcast and it takes me hours. an hour to do everything, the editing, the uploading and everything.
So this podcast takes about one hour. One hour before I need to publish this podcast.
If I haven't started, oh boy, I'm frazzled.
I'm nervous. I got to hurry. I got to hurry.
I got to hurry. Today I have a little bit of time, so I'm not too frazzled.
I hope today you are not rushed. You're not nervous.
