I kind of think of my wife when I see this word or hear this word, and I'm sure that my wife thinks of me.

Let's go back in time.
Today's expression is a good one.
It's bossy.
That guy is so bossy.
Now, we can use the adjective bossy, B-O-S-S-Y, to a guy, but usually we use it to a girl, a woman.
Bossy.
And bossy actually is kind of negative.
What is bossy?
It's somebody, especially a woman, who loves to tell people what to do.
They love telling everybody what to do.
So, do you know the cartoon Charlie Brown and Snoopy, Linus, Sally, Schroeder, Peppermint Patty, Marcy, Pigpen, Woodstock, and who am I forgetting?
Ah, yes.
Lucy is the bossy person in the Charlie Brown cartoons.
What about the sitcom Friends?
We've got Chandler and Phoebe, Rachel, Ross, Joey, and Sam.
Ah, yes.
Monica.
She was the bossy friend.
Now, what about you?
Now, once again, guys can be bossy too.
Absolutely.
In fact, sometimes people might consider me a little bossy.
Like, I like to tell people what to do, but don't ever, ever, ever tell me what to do.
No.
All right, let's check out the dialogue.
How's your new boss?
She's okay, but she's bossy.
Doesn't leave you alone?
Constantly telling us what to do.
Yes, your boss can be bossy.
The idea of a bossy person is they're always telling you what to do.
They never let go.
They never let up.
They continuously are telling you do this, do that.
It's not right.
It's not right.
They're very bossy.
They're perfectionists and they want perfection from everybody.
Are you bossy?
Do you have a sister that's bossy?
Maybe a wife or a girlfriend that's bossy?
A husband?
Some guy in your life that's bossy?
Is your boss bossy?
Oh, yeah.
You know, sometimes if it's your mom or your girlfriend, your wife, what can you do?
Well, if it's your mom, you can't do anything.
If it's your wife or your girlfriend, just get a divorce, break up.
No, no, no.
You pick the person.
You should know if they're bossy or not.
Deal with it.
Quit complaining.
Maybe you need somebody who's bossy.
Some people do.
Me?
Yeah, I guess I do.
I guess having somebody bossing around is pretty good.
Oh, bossy.
Bossy, bossy, bossy.
Yeah, the idea of a bossy person, I just don't like it.
Don't like it.
I don't like bossy people.
