Hey, Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile.
Now, I don't know if you've heard, but Mint's premium wireless is $15 a month.
But I'd like to offer one other perk.
We have no stores.
That means no small talk.
Crazy weather we're having.
No, it's not.
It's just weather.
It is an introvert's dream.
Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch.
Let's be real, Iowa.
Around here, deviled eggs aren't deviled eggs unless they're made with Miracle Whip.
You know it.
Your neighbors know it.
Heck, everyone from Council Bluffs to Davenport knows it.
That tangy zip of Miracle Whip doesn't just jazz up bland apps.
It's the reason people hover by the deviled egg tray.
So here's to you for keeping it bold, keeping it zippy and keeping Miracle Whip right where it belongs in all your favorite recipes.
Buy Miracle Whip at your local grocery store and get your tang on, Iowa.
Easy English expression rehashed.
Hello everybody, my name is Coach Shane and welcome to Easy English Expressions.
Come on, let's master English.
TGIF.
Thank God it's Friday.
Ooh, I love today's expression.
Number 256.
Together, let's master English.
Let's go back in time.
Today's expression is very useful if you drive, or if you ride a bike really fast, or if you walk or run really fast.
If somebody is following you and you don't want to lose that person, you want the person to be able to follow you, but you are going to go fast.
You can say stay on my tail.
Stay on my tail.
Stay on my tail.
So tail, T-A-I-L.
Of course, humans, well, most humans, do not have a tail.
Cats have a tail.
Dogs have a tail.
Bears have a tail.
Pigs have a tail.
But humans, most humans do not.
Some humans do.
You don't believe me?
It's true.
But anyway, the idea is your tail is long and it's behind you.
So stay on my tail means stay right behind me.
Don't lose sight of me.
Stay with me.
Stay right behind me.
Do you understand?
It's a very good expression if you are taking somebody someplace.
Let's check out the dialogue.
Are you gonna be able to follow?
No problem.
Don't drive too fast, though.
Okay.
Stay on my tail, okay?
Got it.
Have you ever taken somebody to your house, or maybe to a store, to a picnic, someplace where they had to follow you in their car, or perhaps on their bike, their bicycle, or maybe they were just walking behind you?
Oh, you know what?
I told my mom I want to buy a shirt for dad.
So my mom took me to the shopping mall.
And I never go to the shopping mall.
I don't know where anything is.
There were so many people there.
It was not good for me.
My mom said, don't worry.
Just stay on my tail.
And that's what I did.
I just followed my mom.
My mom went through the mall.
She was going super fast.
She knew exactly where she was going.
And all I did was stay on her tail.
And she took me to the store that I wanted to go.
My mom's a genius.
She's a professional shopper.
So when it comes to learning English, there's a lot to learn.
There are so many different expressions, but follow me, stay on my tail and I guarantee you'll learn a lot of English on the way.
Check out that dialogue two more times.
Are you gonna be able to follow?
No problem.
Don't drive too fast, though.
Okay.
Stand my tail, okay?
Got it.
Are you gonna be able to follow?
No problem.
Don't drive too fast, though.
Okay.
Stand my tail, okay?
Got it.
Thanks so much for listening.
