Hey friend, I know how this feels.
Waking up exhausted after multiple trips to the bathroom and feeling embarrassed by sudden leaks.
I used to be constantly on edge, searching for a restroom whenever I was out.
Then I discovered better woman.
I was skeptical at first, but two months in everything changed.
I experienced improved bladder control.
No more heart -stopping moments when I laugh or sneeze, less urge to go, deeper and more restful sleep.
I finally felt like myself again, confident and in control.

Easy English Expression rehashed.
Hello everybody, my name is Coach Shane and welcome to Easy English Expressions.
Come on. Let's master English It's Sunday It's coach Shane is Sunday like the beginning of the week for you or the end of the week for you It's kind of weird because on American calendars Sunday is like the first day of the week But actually Monday is the first day of the week.
Did you know that? Yeah If you look at an American calendar, the first day the left side of the calendar starts with Sunday Anyway, enough chitchat.
Let's Master English podcast is coming up tomorrow.
I hope you're excited about that.
Enjoy today's Easy English Expression.
Let's go back in time.
Today's expression is great if something is really surprising.
You're completely surprised.
It is as if you were looking into the sky and the sky is completely blue and suddenly something falls from the sky.
It's a gift, like money.
Money just falls from the sky.
Now, if the money is high in the sky, can you see it?
No you can't. It's too small.
And then suddenly when it's very close to you, then you can see the money, right?
So in this situation, we use the expression out of the blue.
Out of the blue. Something happened out of the blue.
It could be something good like getting money but it could be something bad like your boss being angry with you out of the blue.
He was angry out of the blue.
Suddenly I could not predict that that he would be angry but suddenly he was angry with me.
Suddenly I received money.
I couldn't believe it.
It was a shock! Out of the blue I received money.
Oh boy that's a nice situation.
Out of the blue. I'll talk about the pronunciation of this expression after we listen to our dialogue.
You're all wet! I know!
Out of the blue it started to rain!
It rained? Yes! It totally surprised me!
Perfect example! Now, I live in the desert, and in the desert it never rains.
Well, that's not true.
It rarely rains, but sometimes you can look outside and you see completely blue skies and then suddenly for 10 minutes it rains and everything gets wet so you can say in the situation it rained out of the blue out of the blue suddenly it started raining out of the blue it was raining it's a great expression.
So let's talk about the pronunciation.
OUT -OF, O -U -T -O -F. However, when Americans say this really fast we pronounce it like this, O -R -A.
And the spelling changes to O -U -T -T -A.
But we usually do not say We say outta, outta.
We say outta, outta.
So out of the blue, B -L -U -E, like a blue sky, we say outta the blue.
Out of the blue. Out of the blue, out of the blue.
Check out the dialogue two more times.
You're all wet. I know.
Out of the blue it started to rain.
It rained? Yes, it totally surprised me.
