Hey everybody! The time has finally come.
This week, starting October 7th through October 11th, that's Monday through Friday everybody, we are revealing the iconic 400.
Yes, Bo and Yang and I famously missed our 400th episode here on Las Culturistas, but we are ready to reveal the iconic 400.
Who is on the list?
Does it matter? No.
Will it be fun? Yeah.
There might even be a surprise or two in there, so listen carefully.

Welcome to Before Breakfast, a production of iHeartRadio.
Good morning. This is Laura.
Welcome to the Before Breakfast podcast.
Today's tip is that when you are looking for an activity for your leisure time, browse for a project.
You may be surprised to find something fun that you didn't really even know you were looking for.
So if you are a reader, you are probably used to going to a bookstore or library to browse.
You might be reminded of a book you've been meaning to read for a while, or something new might catch your eye.
But you are unlikely to leave without finding something you want to read.
For other forms of leisure too, browsing can be a great way to spark your thinking about how you'd like to spend your time.
For instance, if you'd like to work your creative muscles, you could go to a craft store like Michael's and just go see what catches your eye.
Maybe you'll get some good grab scrapbooking supplies and make a scrapbook about your kids first few weeks of kindergarten.
You could get paper, stickers, and markers, and make a card for your friend who just got a new job.
I have no idea what you will find.
But if you give yourself a little time to wander around, no doubt something will catch your eye.
Or maybe you're leaning more toward a gardening project.
Head to a nursery and meander, admiring all the interesting plants until you spot something that is perfect for that corner of your garden that you keep meaning to address.
Or perhaps you love puzzles or Legos.
I know I do, so I like to browse the puzzle table of a bookstore or the Lego aisle of Target.
I know some parents who take their kids to hobby lobby or Target.
Give them a $10 or even $20 bill and invite them to buy what they'd like to make the afternoon or weekend enjoyable.
Adults can browse for a project just for fun too.
Now maybe this all sounds a little strange to you.
You are thinking, Laura, I do not have time to meander around a store, let alone spend several evening or weekend hours pursuing a project.
And maybe that's true.
But are you sure? I remember that in the first days of COVID, stores sold out of Legos because everyone suddenly discovered some font of free time.
Well, a day still has 24 hours.
Many other things turned out to be optional.
Or you might try looking at the screen time function on your phone.
If you have an hour a day to browse the web, you probably have 30 minutes to wander around a store and two hours some time to get in touch with your project making self.
So the next time you recognize that you do have some leisure time, but also have no particular ideas of how you'd like to spend it, take yourself to a store you enjoy.
Browse for a project.
Who knows what fun way you'll find to pass the time.
In the meantime, this is Laura.
Thanks for listening.
And here's to making the most of our time.
Thanks for listening to Before Breakfast.

Hey, it's Jake Halpern.
We have a new limited series on my podcast, Deep Cover, out now, all about George Santos.
It's like, you know, Mr.
Ripley meets Catch Me If You Can.
I mean, the guy hoodwinked everyone.
How did George Santos convince everyone that he was someone else?
And how deep do his lies go?
