Hey folks, Robin from Dear Headspace here.
And when my cat's healthy, she's happy.
Now that makes me happy, but guess what?
I can't guess when she's not feeling well.
Now that's where PrettyLitter comes in.
It helps me keep tabs on my cat's health.
It's just one of the reasons that I use PrettyLitter.
Now PrettyLitter's ultra-absorbent crystals trap odor instantly.
There's no more cat bathroom smell.
And PrettyLitter's super light crystal base minimizes mass and dust.
And the crystals last up to a month.
So that means less scooping for my son.
And since we started using PrettyLitter, we're not including the cat tracking litter all around our apartment.
It's a noticeable difference, y'all.
And here is the coolest thing about PrettyLitter.
It changes colors to help monitor early signs of potential illness in Lucy.
That's my cat. Now including urinary tract infections and kidney issues, which she is unfortunately prone to.
So this litter has been a game changer for us.
PrettyLitter helps keep tabs on my cat's health, and it keeps the odors down.
You and your cat are going to love PrettyLitter as much as we do.

Hello, it's me Dora. Welcome to Radio Headspace and to Monday.
So a few months ago, I was reading a book by Bill Bryson titled The Body, A Guide for Occupants.
And in each chapter, he shares incredible facts about how the different bodily systems work to keep us alive.
For example, did you know that it takes seven octillion atoms to make you?
Not a million, a billion, or a trillion, but octillion.
So as I was reading this, I was able to recognize the feeling of awe.
And this experience of awe made me think about how such vastness and inspiration can turn the most mundane things into something so magnificent.
Take a moment now to reflect on the last time you experienced awe.
One of the most memorable moments for me was when I was living in Vancouver, Canada and took a trip to the forest.
Now, growing up, I was never much of a nature person.
Having two immigrant African parents, it just wasn't a thing in our household to go for walks or play at the park.
And in some ways, my parents thought this was dangerous.
My mom would always tell me in my siblings, why go outside when I pay rent for you to enjoy the comfort of your own home.
And if you've been to Vancouver, you know that nature is in abundance.
When I first spent time in nature as an adult, I went to Pacific Spirit Park, which is densely populated with Douglas fir trees that are hundreds of years old.
That was a distinct time I felt and experienced awe and wonder.
It was early October where the temperature was crisp enough for its presence to be felt, but warm enough to enjoy the surroundings comfortably.
Being surrounded by elder-like cedar trees and serenaded by chickadee birds, I felt deeply connected to Mama Earth and all of her glory.
I could feel the vastness and transcendence that awe creates by being immersed in the belly of the forest.
And ever since, this park has been one of my favorite places to go and seek refuge and inspiration.
The thing that stood out to me about being in the forest was the sense of my own smallness.
For a moment, I felt insignificant and not in a sad or regretful way, but in a way that was freeing.
Whatever I was worried about at the time seemed minuscule and less overwhelming.
A bird's eye view personified.
Similar to mindfulness, when we can be present in these moments, whether we're in nature, viewing beautiful artwork or hearing our favorite song artist perform, we awaken a deep sense of connection, curiosity, and compassion within ourselves.
And in the Headspace app, we have mindful walking activities which can be turned into an awe walk.
Or search for the Inspiring Natural Wonders video and see if you can spark that sense of marvel right from the comfort of your own home.
Thanks so much for tuning in today and wishing you a happy and awesome day.
