Today is Tuesday. And this evening, we'll be sending out our newsletter.
Okay, so usually every week we send out the newsletter.
And you know, finding the subject line for a newsletter can be really tough, you know, because our newsletter has so much information.
So what should we focus on?
What should we highlight?
And we want to make the subject line interesting, but we have to be careful too.
Sometimes, have you seen the subject line that says top 10 reasons you need to pop up up or you are stupid if you that that that or if you want to lose weight, do this and absolutely lose 20 kilograms, that that that.
And then you open the email or if it's a website or an advertisement, you click on the ad, you go to the website, and then you see this information.
And sometimes it's good.
But sometimes it's just a sale.
They're trying to sell you something for $900 and and it makes you mad.
Once again, sometimes it is good information.
But many times, it's a waste of time.
Now when you see subjects like that top 10 reasons to dot dot dot dot dot.
We call those things click bait.
And that's one word.
See, L, I, C, K, B, A, I, T.
Just like when you go fishing, you need bait.
B, A, I, T, could be worms, could be corn, could be something else, whatever the fish want, that's bait.
And then you catch a fish.
Well, this is click bait.
The website people are using interesting words to catch you.
Check out the dialog.
