That means you know a lot about computers.
You know your wine.
that means you know a lot about wine Oh cut Shane you know your Korean food yes I do yes I do know a lot about Korean food because I lived there for over 20 years.
Mmm, yeah, it's a great expression, and it's really easy.

One. So that we can listen, twice as much as we speak.

Ah, yes. listening is very, very important.
Those who speak more than they listen tend to know twice as less.
