I mean, the website is great.
It works, but it's just one page and there's really nothing there.
Now this is June 13th, 2017, so obviously we need to do something.

It's a radio show. It's an internet radio show now today's expression we can Use it for my website my website if you go there lme Today .com is good, but Ah...
It needs to be spruced up.
Spruced up. S -P -R -U -C -E -D -U -P.
It's a phrasal verb.
To spruce up something, Coach Shane's website needs to be spruced up.
What does it mean to spruce up something?
It means to make it look nice, to make it better, to improve it, especially the looks of something okay so the technical design of my website is fine but when you go there it looks okay but it could probably be better yeah um I've found some ideas I've seen some other sites we do intend to spruce it up but what about what are your ideas do you have any ideas on how to spruce up my website www .lme .com and listen to the radio show tell me if you like it check out the dialogue huh you need to spruce up your room like How put up some boosters change the curtains the lighting Oh cool ideas Do you remember
when you were you know twelve thirteen fourteen years old did you have your own room?
Yeah, some of us had our own bedroom You know own room at home Some of us had to share a bedroom with one two or three or four other brothers and sisters Yeah, that's not no fun.
But if you had your own room or maybe later in life when you had when you lived alone how did you Spruce up your room.
What did you do to your room to make your room your room?
Uh -huh. That's my question Did you put any posters on the wall?
Did you like take magazines and cut out pictures and put those on the wall?
Did you like have some a stereo system?
Maybe speakers? Did you hang them someplace really cool?
Did you have a special color a special theme?
Maybe the curtains in your room?
We're a special color.
Did you have any special lighting?
Yeah? What so when I was a kid when I was you know 15 years old I had a poster on my wall.
That was really cool It was a like a really nice house in the mountains with sports cars.
I was really cool. I love that picture.
I wish I could find that poster.
I had beer signs. Yeah.
I was just a kid, but I had beer signs in my room.
And if you plug the beer signs in, they would light up just like at a bar.
So when I was in my room, I never used a big light.
I always use my beer lights.
Uh -huh. Uh The most that as soon as you walked into my room you saw my stereo Now my stereo was actually not a stereo as a record player.
Yeah, I'm a little bit old So you can see my record player and my speakers They were very they're right there.
So as soon as I came into my room I Either turned on the record player or I turned on the radio now the radio was close to my bed So you couldn't really see that I had a desk on my desk nothing no books Yeah, the books were in my book bag.
Let me see what else that was pretty much it two beer signs Oh, I had a dart board.
I had a dart board you know you throw darts.
It's like a little game I had a dart board on my walls a poster of a car a bunch of cars beer signs and That was pretty much it my mom and dad hated if I cut something out of a magazine and taped it to the wall.
They hated that. So my mom would always remove it.
My mom and dad were boring.

Look nicer. To spruce something up.
It's a great phrasal verb.
And you can spruce up just about anything from your room to your car to your office to a website.
