In denial, d -e -n -i -a -l.
Somebody is in denial.
He is in denial. She is in denial.
They are in denial.
What does this mean?
I mean, if you are in denial, that means something is true and usually not good about you, but you don't acknowledge it.
You ignore it. So for example, if you see a guy, you know, guy my age, you know, getting up there and, you know in the forties, fifties, sixties he's losing his hair right we can see if somebody is losing their hair we can see that but some guys even though they're losing their hair they try to grow the hair they have longer and then they they try to style it on their head to cover their bald spot.
Do you understand what I mean?
Yeah. So, when that guy looks in the mirror, he sees a lot of hair and he feels good.
But when we look at the guy, we see a really stupid hairstyle and he looks really bad and bald.
I'm sorry. It's true.
Guys. Come on. If you're losing your hair, acknowledge that fact.
Embrace that fact. Don't be in denial.
Don't ignore the truth.
If you are in denial, you are ignoring the truth.
Guys, if you're losing your hair like I am, I am.
Just keep your hair short.
Who cares. It's just hair.
Who cares and you know what guys?
some women don't care about hair and if you're single and you're losing your hair and you're thinking no women will like me well guys Yeah, the the wrong women won't like you, but the right women will so don't be in denial Embrace the truth, even though it might be painful.
You will feel better.
Don't be in denial.
Don't ignore the facts.

Ohoho! It's too small!
Did you see his rolls?
Oh my god! Someone should say something!
Eh, it's useless. He's in denial.
Great example. So this guy is wearing a shirt, okay.
You can imagine it's summertime.
He's wearing a shirt, but the shirt is too small.
Maybe it's too tight.
And when he looks at himself it looks like he's got big muscles and he's filling his shirt like the Hulk.
milk, but when we see him, we actually see rolls of fat, along the side and front, maybe even the back of his shirt.
We studied rolls yesterday.
John is in denial. John, don't wear tight shirts, please.
And that goes for everybody, please don't wear tight shirts.
Yeah, not a good idea Have some modesty have some modesty everybody, right?
You have John's in denial So are you in denial about something?
I'll tell you remember yesterday.
I told you next week I'm going to have a sugar -free week Yeah, I'm going to and And I've been, like I said, I've been getting some rolls over the past couple years since I moved back to America.
I've been getting some rolls and I've been in denial.
I've been saying, oh no, everything's fine.
It's okay. This is normal.
No, I realize now it's not normal and if I do something, I can probably have a healthier looking body.
So I stopped being in denial and I looked at the truth and I realized perhaps I can reduce my sugar, perhaps I can exercise a bit more and that's what I'm going to do.
I've started the exercising.
So next week I'm going to have a week of no sugar.
I'm not in denial anymore.
For about three years, I was in denial.
What about you? Is your English good?
