What does it mean? Okay, let's go back to baseball.
Everybody kind of understands baseball.
One guy throws the ball, and another guy tries to hit the ball.
right. Okay, so when we try to hit the ball, we swing the bat, but sometimes we miss the ball.
And that's what this expression means.
Swing and a miss. He swings the bat, but does not hit the ball.
Swing and a miss. And what that means is he failed.
And in real life sometimes we try to do something but we fail.

Oh, yes. Oh, yes. many many failures But through failure, that's how we learn right?

Swinging a miss really the staff great service good food.
So so cost too much Boy yeah, so not only can I I swing and miss, I can make a failure.
But businesses can too.
So this business, it was a restaurant, probably a new restaurant, how was it?
Eh, swing and a miss.
They tried but they failed.
The staff, the waiters, the owner, they were great.
The service was okay.
The food, eh, so, so, just so, so.
McDonald's. The cost too much way too expensive Will you go back to this restaurant?
No They tried to have a good business model.
They tried to do well, but they failed If the food is so so in the cost is too much.
No. No, no, no, no no, no, no That's a terrible business.
That's the idea swing in a miss they tried but they failed and And usually the, you know, people try very hard, but still, they can fail.
What was your last failure?
It can be something really simple, like trying to get the phone number of a girl that you're interested in.
Or maybe it was my Daily Dictation channel on YouTube.
Maybe you tried the dictation, but you failed.
remember these failures are so important yeah without these failures we would not truly understand success so each time you experience swing and a miss remember you have learned something so don't be angry analyze what happened and try again.
