Today is Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, and we begin with history on the move.
For the first time ever, priceless documents tied to the founding of the United States are out of their lock and key vault in Washington DC and beginning their journey to museums all across the country.
They're traveling first class on the Boeing 737 Freedom plane as part of the run-up to the nation's 250th birthday party on July 4th.
According to ABC News, the records include a rare engraving of the Declaration of Independence, the Oaths of Allegiance signed in 1778 by George Washington, Alexander Hamilton and other officers of the Continental Army, and a draft copy of the US
Constitution that includes handwritten notes by the delegates.
The first stop is at the National World War I Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, Missouri.
Then it's on to Atlanta, Los Angeles Houston Denver Miami, the Detroit suburb of Dearborn and Seattle.
Generation Z is not getting enough Zs.
Doctors recommend 8 to 10 hours of shut-eye a night.
But a new study finds 77% of high school kids are sleeping less than that, sometimes a lot less.

As we've reported, she quit the sport for two years before deciding to come back on her own terms, making sure she has a say in her clothes, her choreography and her music.
Her newfound freedom has clearly resonated.
