This time of year can be tough.
Dreary weather, long nights, it's easy to feel the winter blues.
One thing I love to do is treat myself to a little something special, but I don't want to break the bank.
That's where Quince comes in.
With Quince, you can indulge in everyday luxury without the hefty price tag.
Their iconic Mongolian cashmere sweaters start at just $50, and they're a must -have in my book.
Everything at Quince is priced 50 to 80 % less than similar brands because they partner directly with top factories cutting out the middleman.
I personally love my red Mongolian cashmere sweater.
It is so cozy. Plus, they only work with factories that use safe ethical practices, and every piece is made with premium fabrics for that luxury feel.
Treat yourself this winter without the luxury price tag.

Headspace Studios. Hi, I'm Sam, and welcome to Radioheadspace and to Tuesday Morning.
Yesterday I mentioned that I was going to be talking about self -care all week, so before I dive in, I wanted to check in to see if you did find a moment for yourself yesterday.
If stress or anxiety came up, did you find out what you needed to resolve them?
If not, that's totally fine.
I think some of the hardest days for me are when I can't seem to figure out exactly what I need.
I know I need some kind of rest, but I don't know what kind of rest I need, and it feels like nothing will satisfy me.
I end up just lying still for a while until that restless and confused energy starts to settle.
Rest is something we all need, but we don't always know what type of rest we're needing.
I recently found an article by Dr.
Sandra Dalton Smith about seven different types of rest, and I'd like to share them with you.
And when I say rest, I'm not just talking about sleep.
It's more than that.
The seven types of rest are physical, mental, sensory, creative, emotional, social, and spiritual.
And I know that's a lot, but don't worry.
We're going to go through each one right now.
Physical rest is pretty straightforward.
It's what most of us think of when we think about rest, aka sleeping.
And you may be familiar with active rest or heard this term more in relation to sports or exercise, but active rest includes things like taking a walk or doing restorative yoga, and we need both types.
If your daily routine involves a great deal of problem -solving and brainstorming, you may be craving creative rest.
And you may find it helpful to spend some time in nature or visit an art museum, really allowing yourself to savor beauty.
Mental rest involves taking time to digest your thoughts by writing them down or meditating.
It's helpful to take breaks throughout the day to give yourself this much -needed mental break so that you can concentrate and sleep more soundly.
Getting some social rest may mean you're spending some time in solitude or with more positive and supportive people in your social circle.
Living in a busy city can leave us in need of some sensory rest, a break from the sights, sounds, and other sensations involved in an overstimulating environment.
You may find that turning off the lights and finding a quiet space gives you the sensory rest that you need.
Spiritual exhaustion hits us sometimes when we lose track of the meaning in our lives and we start to feel unmoored.
We find ourselves asking, what's the purpose of it all?
In those moments, it's really helpful to reconnect with how your short -term goals connect with the bigger picture or a bigger goal in your life.
You can ask loved ones and maybe even a therapist or coach to help you get back in touch with the grander meaning of your work and your projects.
So as I describe these different forms of rest, what kind of rest are you looking forward to?
It can be really hard to know where to begin with all of this.
So let's start right now, right where we are, by taking a nice deep breath in and out through your nose.
And even if you're in the middle of a really busy day, see if you can imagine the feeling of coming home and having nothing else left to do but to rest in whatever way you'd like.
And see what you notice in your body.
Maybe you feel a little bit more calm, a little bit more ease just from imagining that moment in your day when all there's left to do is rest.
And if resting this much makes you feel guilty or lazy, consultant and researcher Alex Soo -Jung Kim -Peng reminds us that work and rest are actually partners.
They're like different parts of a wave.
You can't have the high without the low.
The better you are at resting, the better you will be at working.
So I hope you have a restful and restorative week, and I'll see you back here soon.
Hi, everyone. K. Sangha here.
If you're here, I assume that you like Radio Headspace.
And if you like Radio Headspace, you will love Dear Headspace.
Dear Headspace is our weekly talk show featuring every teacher on the show and our wonderful host, Robin.
We talk about life.
There is a level of almost addiction here where you're addicted to just information, like information overload.
Relationships. Before you can spread love and kindness to others, you have to first cultivate it within yourself.
And anything else you can think to ask us.
The first step with any change that you want to make is that acceptance and that awareness.
You can find it on the Headspace app or wherever you listen to podcasts.
Hey, I'm Ryan Reynolds.
Recently, I asked Mint Mobile's legal team if big wireless companies are allowed to raise prices due to inflation.
They said yes. And then when I asked if raising prices technically violates those onerous to -your -contracts they said, what the f**k are you talking about, you insane Hollywood ass s**t?
So to recap, we're cutting the price of Mint Unlimited from $30 a month to just $15 a month.
Give it a try at MintMobile .com slash Switch.
