All right, I'm gonna document a bit of the process of me building this new company.
I started first off.
I'm not a huge fan of the traditional education system.
I always did pretty well in school.
However, I felt like it wasn't really gonna take me to where I wanted to go in life.
Plus, Of course, like everyone knows, it's very, very flawed.
So I decided let's start a new wave of modernized education through YouTube.
I've been building a consulting company for the past couple of months and it's already the most successful company I've ever built.
And to grow as an entrepreneur, I decided let's leave in-person school and let's go to online school.
So I have more time to focus on the business.
Now that you're filled in on everything.
I have a ton of work to do right now, but I'm going to pick up my friend BL from the airport tomorrow.
I met him after hiring him as an editor when I was running Daniel Dalen's content team.
So he's going to help film and it's going to be a fun week.
So let's do it.
We made it.
We made it.
All the way from Barcelona.
Time to check out LA, bro. out here on the road, you can hear it in the voice.
I live in Cyprus.
I'm born there, raised there, speak Greek, everything.
I'm just here for two months.
We're building our new company here.
It's you, bro.
Everything's clicking in my brain right now.
Let me see if this is actually like, let me see your first video on YouTube and see if it's here.
He showed me your channel when it had like a few videos.
I made a video on Daniel?
Yes.
That's me.
Damn, bro.
He showed me, he's like, I think I'm going to hire this guy.
He did.
And I was like, and I was like, what if I hire him first?
I have the messages, bro.
No way, bro.
That's fun.
That's hilarious.
What is your now?
Now I run a YouTube consulting business.
We work with online educators.
People either built big businesses or done something significant.
And now they want to start getting into info, of course, because I guess it's like the things, dude.
Coaches, coaches, coaches, coaches, coaches, coaches.
I'm not too far down the line.
It's like your craziest case study.
And we helped him get started with everything.
Now he's doing 400K a month.
You're going to have like essentially free consulting from all the people you consulted, because they're running real businesses right.
Like they're running.
They might have run software companies or they might have been sports fairs, whatever it may be.
So you're essentially just getting paid one way and then you're just going to get, like in six months, a year value the other way.
That's so true.
The connections are everything.
Great to meet you, bro.
Little run with the boys today.
Um, how far are we going?
Five kilometers yeah, five kilometers.
We'll try it.
We'll try five miles.
See how that goes.
A little bit late, huh.
You had to pick me up.
He called me.
He's like i'm gonna be late, let me pick you up.
This is bl.
All the way from barcelona.
It's two, five.
Shut the fuck up, bro.
I'll have the clock.
You won't even know how far we're going.
Let's do it.
I'm going at a slow pace, bro.
And I'm jumping into the ocean after.
Uh-oh.
Maybe some food after?
Yes, bro.
Big old burrito?
Oh.
Yeah, I'll let you guys plug whatever you want to plug in the vlog, too.
I'm just going to bleep it out, but you guys can... Yeah, so follow me here, here, and here.
If you need this, this, and this, go here.
He keeps plugging his agency.
I'm going to bleep all of it out.
Yeah, whatever.
Yeah, you should leave it and just bleep it.
I'm out here on a run with Beckett and Roxen.
I met these boys at my high school.
They're like the only kids doing business as well, so of course we had to become friends.
None of us going to college.
We're all doing our own stuff.
Roxen, tell them a little bit about what you're up to.
I'm acting.
I have a school community.
Beckett, you?
I'm co-founder for a full suite acquisition firm.
So we handle client acquisition for agency service providers from A to Z, And then I'm also working at a eating, AI solutions and consulting firm.
You guys are killers.
You're killers.
Safe though.
Nice day out, huh?
Halfway through.
Halfway through, feeling good.
$25 out of 50?
Not even halfway, we got a little further.
Just go to the other pier, right?
We're gonna go to that island over there.
Yeah, PVA all the way down there.
Just go to Spain, back Spain.
We could run there.
Yeah, easy.
People are just catching on to this stuff, and we've been doing it for so long, dude.
All these algorithm hacks everyone's talking about.
I see them and I'm like bro, I knew this when I was 10 years old.
Yeah yeah, i don't know what you're gonna do in like two years time.
Yeah, wait till he starts investing like properly.
Like yeah yeah, it's gonna get nuts bro this, this business we're in now is like crazy scalable.
Yeah, plus the info space gonna continue to grow.
People don't trust traditional education.
Like imagine if imagine, if these products you can become so reliable and so trustworthy that someone like charlie morgan can be like the entrepreneurship class for the entire world.
Yeah, just imagine that.
Like the Harvard for entrepreneurship.
Dude, yes.
These courses, these creators the more intelligent we become, the better results we get, the better they do.
So our incentives are aligned.
That's why it's so incredibly powerful.
One of the hardest things for me recently is giving up control so I can scale.
Because, when it comes down to what I've been doing, I can edit, I can do thumbnails, I can idea, I can script, I can do everything across the board.
But just because I can do everything A to Z in content doesn't mean I should be doing everything A to Z in content.
That's why I had to step back, get people in that are better than me at the editing, better than me at the ideation and everything, and just have them take care of it.
Then I also learned from them.
It's so powerful.
You have the ability to control everything, but at the same time, you need people who are better to make the product better.
100%.
You should be working on the business, not in the business, right?
Exactly.
Exactly.
Two months ago, yeah?
Why you meepo?
Sorry, I speak broken English.
No, it's okay, it's okay.
No students?
Entrepreneurs?
Iman Gansi. imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu imangatsu Can I ask a question later?
Yes, yes, yes.
I made Instagram account.
After done, we'll make a video.
Yeah, just show that.
Use the translator.
I have account.
People didn't know my Instagram.
Why people Why does no one see her Instagram?
I think that we should post our story.
A video of all of us saying, hey, this is really good.
Hey guys, we're here at Smash Wagyu Pasta in Manhattan Beach.
Delicious food here.
Let's go inside and see what's going on.
Oh my goodness.
This food is so good.
Oh my gosh.
This is the owner.
This is Sarah.
Amazing food.
If you're looking for a place to eat in Manhattan Beach, highly recommend this place.
Thank you so much.
If you guys are in Manhattan Beach, genuinely, what was it called?
Wagyu?
Smashed Wagyu.
Smashed Wagyu pasta.
It's actually really good.
Owner's super nice.
Good morning.
Morning, bro.
Got our little burgers here.
You got one too?
I'm not even recording anymore anyway.
What are you talking about?
Are you liar?
It's early.
I woke up like 15 minutes ago.
Let's see what's early for trade.
I was up, i was up, i was up working all night.
So it's early.
Normally i wake up at like six, but it's almost eight.
We're a bit late.
Two hours late, just a little bit.
We got a coffee shop in like half an hour, gonna meet beckett there, get some proper breakfast.
No burger, no burger.
Yeah, What's that?
It's my old high school.
It's where we suffered for two years.
Got some students right there.
Where?
Up in the building.
Yeah, so I'm on online school now.
I have some homework to do.
I've like been procrastinating it so much.
That's where I went to high school.
I would basically sleep for like four hours because I stayed up all night trying to finish homework.
I remember I would fall asleep like on my computer or on my floor, like after finishing work and just laying down on the floor because I was so tired.
Then I'd wake up for school the next day and it would be the worst thing ever.
But some of my best YouTube videos I've made were like brainstormed it in school, because i would just spend my whole time in school on my phone just like looking at other videos and in notion planning stuff out, and then the teacher would be yapping and then i just like blah blah, do whatever, get the work done.
Up until like eighth grade i was like always super on top of the school, like getting good grades, going above and beyond with the workload, like doing extra work.
But what I realized is the best entrepreneurs out there.
They aren't the A students, they aren't the F students.
The grade doesn't matter.
It's the students that are able to get the work done with the least amount of effort.
They're the best at finding the highest leverage points and being able to do things with speed and efficiency.
To predict who's going to be an entrepreneur in school, it's usually the A students who do the least amount of work, who find ways to like pay people to do their homework for them and just like, delegate the tasks out because they're able to.
I never did that.
But I was able to find leverage in school where I was like okay, this assignment is only worth one percent of my grade.
I'm just not going to do it because it's going to take a lot of time but it's not going to really affect me.
And then I just want to turn it in and my grade wouldn't be affected.
I'd still get all A's and I'd be able to do more work.
So like that's like the biggest predictor.
Now I'm not saying go pay people to do your homework if you're young, but I am saying that It's a skill that transfers over to entrepreneurship.
Just delegation, finding leverage.
So it's interesting.
You want anything here?
I'm still thinking about it.
We already know what he wants.
What was that?
Oh, shoot.
Open that up.
We're all the same, but it's like this.
Oh, that doesn't look good.
I don't know.
What a cool guy you have on your screen there, bro.
Yeah, I don't like his face, but I like the way he talks.
Like, it's got good talking ideas, but not like... Who's this guy?
I can't get lost with sheep.
I walk a spine and not back me up.
I have to walk on bull on my own.
I'm a brother's keeper.
Where do we start?
So many facts, bro.
I don't know.
Some people build their own rat race or second rat race because they have so many expenses to live an expensive lifestyle that they then start having to make money to just afford living like, which is the rat race when you're starting off.
But then they increased expenses as their income increases and they're just stuck having to make that much money and just like spinning in a wheel constantly.
It's like the way i'm doing it is.
I'm not spending that much money.
I still live with my parents, like rent is zero.
If i literally had zero dollars in my bank account, if i had no money to my name, i would just use the skill sets i have now and just keep living with my parents.
Of course they'd cover meals and stuff, like they're already doing.
And then, well you're, you're 17.
Yeah.
And then, like, FX.
Like, I'm so young.
So, like, it's normal for me to do that.
Just no, like, dinners and stuff.
No expensive dinners.
No, like, spending money on delegation all the time.
But I have the skill sets to edit videos to put myself out there.
Point I'm at now, I don't need money to grow.
I only use it to have a bit more convenience, but it's just nice knowing that you don't need money to make money.
Yeah, exactly.
Well, we actually need to make some money for that little thing.
This car, bro.
Wow.
Welcome to my car.
That's his car, huh?
Truly mine. drive right now.
This is in Beverly Hills.
It's like where all the expensive stores are.
All the nice cars.
It's crazy.
And Biel and I are out here just doing our daily shopping.
Not a good band lead right there.
It's mine actually.
This is where you go to just feel like you're absolutely broke.
But that's good because then it's like more motivation too. make more money.
You just realize how much opportunity is out there.
Maybe we'll find the cheap store around here and get something.
There's a one dollar store right there.
Just for the broke.
This is what we're gonna buy.
This is the only thing we're buying today.
How are you?
Good morning.
Good morning.
We're going to go to Hassan's house, which is my business partner.
Shoot a little content for the education channel.
Also just a bit of networking, like BL can meet him.
It'll be sick.
And we'll just talk a little bit about what we've been doing.
After that, we're going to head down to Laguna beach, which is super nice.
I've like never really explored the area.
I'm going to take BL as well.
We're just going to have a good time, get some dinner.
So it'll be sick.
Yeah, we could do, I like the specific numbers.
So if it's like with 431 subs.
Yeah, I can get you the actual stat once again.
All right, what are we doing?
Mapping out our educational video here.
Going to drop some game and see what happens.
Hopefully it's going to be a good one.
Do you want to introduce Hasan into the video?
Yeah, so this is Hasan.
The story is super funny, actually.
He just randomly reached out on Instagram.
And he was like, dude, your content's sick.
You should be monetizing this.
Then we hopped on a call, did a course with Hassan Soap.
And then we just became friends over time.
We're like, dude, why don't we just combine the business expertise with the content expertise?
And then just built a consulting offer off of that.
All right, Hassan.
So, starting off, do you want to tell the people a little bit about how things were going before you got onto YouTube?
Yeah, absolutely.
So I built a marketing agency for the last seven years.
I still have it to this day.
If you're interested, you can click the top link in the description and book a free consultation with us.
You'll speak with one of us and we'll be able to know how to say it without something.
Do you want me to try it?
Because i know it's supposed to come from you, but let me just throw it out there.
You can kind of steal.
So if you're interested in building, you know, youtube based uh business.
Okay, look at me, try to be on the spot.
I just partnered up.
This is taking longer.
This is taking longer in the actual video.
I'm going to start tweaking Sweet.
So wrapped up the recording session here with Hassan.
Wasted a bit of time on the CTA, but.
Pleasure to meet you guys.
Thank you for watching and subscribe if you haven't.
Yeah.
Yes.
If I had to say face value of the money I spent on my degree, did it give me any real world connections or any like any knowledge that I couldn't get on YouTube?
I'll be very honest from a business and cinema perspective.
Absolutely zero.
I learned more from one YouTube video than an entire four year degree.
Yeah, but again, it's just how i wanted to look at it like again, it helped me build my business slowly.
So yeah, it was valuable in that sense, but in terms of connections like dming um, random filmmaker friends on instagram made gave me way more opportunities than the other film school or business students.
You know, like those guys were all beginners.
But the people on instagram were not beginners, they were action takers doing what i do, you know, or what you guys did too.
What are we eating today?
Another day, another burger.
Another burger.
I just want to do something else.
Um, easy.
I'm like, yeah, I love this.
Love protein after our workout.
That's perfect.
For all the footage.
Oh, bringing that little too low for you.
That's heavy already.
It's like 25 kilos, bro.
Pounds, bro.
It's like, yeah, boys, they love dragons.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Look at Marty.
He's, like, majestic in the light.
Look at him.
He's always majestic, bro.
He's nonchalant about it, bro.
He's got too much aura.
Sick dog.
The same, like, color scheme as me, too.
Yeah.
He fits in the brand.
He fits in the brand.
He's on the brand, bro.
Blue collar. yeah black and white it's on brand yeah just act like you didn't do it on purpose when you have like a very emotional product we were getting things that are like exceptional and they aren't realistic at all you attract the people who are expecting those quick windy quick results and those that artist wants to work with but when you have like a proper solution you attract people who are more mature and they actually understand how the game works someone people have like egos where it's like i need to build this crazy crystal clear personal brand and get millions of views and followers become known by everyone yeah but then business suffers versus when you put that ego aside and you realize you're here to grow the business and support those around you you build this micro niche personal brand or youtube channel specifically and you're supposed to attract the right shape to the shape to the point you get exactly what you want instead way cleaner of a funnel right Back to the private gym.
Gonna hit a little workout.
I haven't been working out as much because we've just been all over the place.
Calls, little run.
This will be a good workout just to get the blood flowing.
I feel like when you're at your desk all day, it's so important to either go on walks, like I usually walk a lot.
I spend like probably 30 minutes to an hour a day on like a typical day just walking around my block, like on calls, listening to podcasts after eating meals.
So first of all, like digest the food and second of all, just get the blood flowing.
So I think more clearly.
But workouts do a very similar thing, like it just gets the blood flowing in your body which makes your brain work a lot smoother.
Like Whenever I'm stuck on something in business and I just can't figure it out, I either go on a walk or work out.
And during that movement, I always just come to a conclusion.
Then I just go on my notes app on my phone and write it down.
It's amazing.
Little valley.
Look who it is.
Little bit of this, little bit of that.
Aim that.
I'll get absolutely collapsed by Bjo because apparently he's a tennis pro back in Barcelona.
That's what he's been telling me.
I found my love in Portofino All right, bro.
Clean one, too.
I'll see you soon.
See you in Bali or something, huh?
We'll find a way.
Safe flight.
It's cool.
Safe flight.
Good seeing you guys.
I know this video is going to be a banger, so subscribe, comment and hopefully we get some other vlogs from BL as well huh.
We'll get some other ones, huh?
Alright, bro.
Alright, BL's gone, so no more FX3.
We have to record in the FX30, but it's okay.
Tomorrow morning, I'm going on a run with Beckett, and it was his birthday a couple days ago, so...
I'm going to surprise him with two things.
The first thing is a bottle of Johnny Walker.
Let me explain why that is.
It's like an inside joke between me and Beckett, but of course everyone knows this who's in the entrepreneur space and who has been on TikTok, like last year.
But it's like this.
For example, Tristan Tate pulled up a video, his favorite whiskey, Johnny Walker.
What do I do at duty free?
Fucking Johnny Walker.
That night, sipping the fucking Johnny Walker in the war room by myself with him, chilling.
Why?
I studied, bro.
I knew what he liked.
That's it.
He studied, bro.
On top of that, I thought, why not get him also a trip to Miami?
So I'll get myself a flight, I'll get him a flight, and then I'll cover the Airbnb and stuff.
I think it'll be cool.
I think he'll like it.
And yeah, we'll see you in the morning.
How you doing?
Good.
How are you doing?
Good.
I like your shoes.
I like those shoes.
Thank you.
Tell them what we're doing right now.
All right guys.
Today we're pretty much doing a run at the beach here and we're running down to Manhattan Beach to investigate a volleyball tournament.
Then we're going to compete.
Yeah, they're competing, but they're waiting for us.
They actually paused the competition until we got there, just because we're so good at volleyball and we play all the time.
So
What the hell is that?
Yo, what is that, bro?
Is that Johnny Walker?
Oh my God.
Yo, where did that come from?
Dude, Merry Christmas, bro.
It's for me.
That's for you.
No way.
So we're actually gonna drink this before the run.
We can't put that on camera.
No.
Bro, this is crazy, bro.
Wait, I think there's something else, though.
Look at this dude, this little nice place in miami.
It's kind of calling our name wait, i gotta walk around.
I walk around when i go.
Wait, are you being dead ass?
Yeah bro no, you can't.
Bro, look at it.
What are you talking about, bro?
You said you take me to miami, bro.
No no, are you being serious?
I'm serious bro Bro, are you down?
No, bro.
No, I know I don't want to go to Miami.
We're going to Miami I told you I need you like now.
I knew she wasn't recording gotta do it again.
We gotta fight ready ready.
Oh in the city
