Exercise and Supplementation

Huberman highlights that the type of exercise matters significantly for hormonal response:

  • Resistance Training: Heavy lifting (1–8 rep range) performed not to failure is more effective for increasing testosterone than training to failure. Furthermore, if combining cardio and weights, performing weights first is superior for maintaining testosterone levels.
