  2. Hydration: Proper hydration is non-negotiable for maintaining blood volume and optimal lymphatic flow.
  3. Cardiovascular Exercise: Aerobic exercise induces lymphoneogenesis—the growth of new lymphatic vessels. This is a primary reason why cardio is so effective for heart health; it allows for better waste clearance from heart tissues, mitigating age-related inflammation.
