The NPR-Columbia study, which included over 20,000 participants, demonstrated that these movement breaks are both feasible and transformative. 82% of participants enjoyed the process, and reports indicated up to 28% less fatigue and a slight rise in productivity.

One participant, Dana Lopez-Miley, experienced life-changing results: after incorporating these movement breaks, her blood pressure dropped by 40 points, and within six months, she was no longer diabetic.
