As the weather cools, I'm so excited for fall rituals, fuzzy slippers, warm soups, and slipping into my cozy, new Quint sweaters.
One of my favorite things about Quint's is that the items are priced 50 to 80 percent less than similar brands.
They're able to do this by working directly with top, ethically run factories, cutting out the middle man, and passing those savings on to us.
Plus, Quint's only partners with factories that prioritize using premium fabrics and finishes for that luxury feel.
I've been loving my oversized 100 percent cotton cardigan.
The quality and softness are unmatched, especially at these prices.
So get cozy in Quint's high -quality wardrobe essentials.

Creating really great retail experiences is tough, especially with multiple stores, teams of staff, fulfillment centers, separate workflows.

Hello, hello everyone and welcome to Radio Headspace.
My name is Keisunga and it's a glorious Tuesday.
I wanted to use this Tuesday as an opportunity to introduce a new series I'll be doing called, Mindful Moments.
For me, a mindful moment is a moment where your mind, emotions and body are in synchrony with each other.
And for sure they can involve the full spectrum of stressful moments and also joyous ones.
For the purpose of these episodes, I'll be focusing on positive mindful moments, those moments in life where we're happy and content, a moment where we have a sense of wellbeing and peace.
And this mindful moment can be connected to a specific situation or event, a person that evokes this feeling or a place that makes us feel this way.
The possibilities are really endless.
So again, I welcome you to my first installment of Mindful Moments.
I call it, Ode to the Night.
I love the nighttime.
When that sun starts to set, my entire being starts to come alive.
My brain wakes up, my body feels energized and I'm just ready to go.
I've always been this way.
I distinctly remember as a kid, waking up in the middle of the night, maybe around 1 or 2 am, going to my bedroom window and just staring out into the night sky.
We lived in Castle Hill on the 18th floor.
From our window, we could see the entire span of the Manhattan skyline, all of those lights.
It was just so beautiful and my imagination went into overdrive, imagining the millions of adventures that were occurring in Manhattan during the night.
I can't help but to think that this night owl behavior came from my father.
Growing up, he worked two jobs to make ends meet.
Knowing that he was working in the middle of the night on that island of Manhattan that I was staring at, it was just fascinating to me.
I think I might have tried to mimic that behavior a bit, as many sons do with their fathers.
So, as I got older, I just noticed that I worked better at night.
Like I said, I felt more energized, more focused, and definitely more creative.
It's my me time where I'm able to bask in my solitude without any interruptions.
Because my life is otherwise jam -packed with business, from the kids, the wife, caretaking my parents, and not to mention work, this special time of complete peace and solitude is everything for me.
I'm also able to bathe in the intangible magic of the night.
And that's what works for me.
Everyone is different, right?
In this moment, I invite you all to notice and discover what time of day resonates the most with you.
And if you're able to, see what it's like to operate around that time of day.
It can indeed be a huge game changer to know when you're most creative, most alive, and then work with what your body is naturally drawn to.
Maybe that means working really early or late at night, or setting aside a few minutes to meditate when you need to recharge in the afternoon.
Noticing how the time of day affects you is just another way of practicing mindfulness.
We're in the present moment, acknowledging how we feel, and what brings us a sense of peace and calm, or any emotions that come up.
In fact, you know what?
I would love to know what you discover.
If you feel up to it, as always, you can shoot me a line or two in my DMs on Instagram, at kegiscombe.
And if you're a night owl like me, the Headspace app has a ton of music and soundscapes, especially for relaxing at night.
If you want to check them out.
All right, guys, I'm signing off for today.
I look forward to chatting with you again tomorrow.
Have a healthy and happy day.
