Hey folks, Robin from Dear Headspace here.
And when my cat's healthy, she's happy.
Now that makes me happy, but guess what?
I can't guess when she's not feeling well.
Now that's where PrettyLitter comes in.
It helps me keep tabs on my cat's health.
It's just one of the reasons that I use PrettyLitter.
Now PrettyLitter's ultra-absorbent crystals trap odor instantly.
There's no more cat bathroom smell.
And PrettyLitter's super light crystal base minimizes mass and dust.
And the crystals last up to a month.
So that means less scooping for my son.
And since we started using PrettyLitter, we're not including the cat tracking litter all around our apartment.
It's a noticeable difference, y'all.
And here is the coolest thing about PrettyLitter.
It changes colors to help monitor early signs of potential illness in Lucy.
That's my cat. Now, including urinary tract infections and kidney issues, which she is unfortunately prone to.
So this litter has been a game changer for us.
PrettyLitter helps keep tabs on my cat's health and it keeps the odors down.
You and your cat are gonna love PrettyLitter as much as we do.

That's space video. Hi, my name is Nika Smith and welcome to Radio Headspace.
As you know, I'm a coach here at Headspace and one of my specialties is anger.
And one thing I think that's really interesting about anger is that it's never alone.
It's always accompanied by another emotion or something deeper.
And in my experience, a lot of people don't actually realize that.
So today, I'm going to explain the concept of anger as a secondary emotion and how figuring out what's lurking beneath it is actually the foundation for making positive change in your life.
Anger is one of those emotions that is easily recognized.
We feel it. We know it when we see it.
It's one of those things that gets most of the airplay, in our lives in terms of the range of emotions that we can feel.
But what I've learned is there usually is something lurking beneath the anger.
There is something happening beneath.
And we need to get to that if we really want to quite honestly not just manage anger, but eradicate it from our lives.
So many years ago, I had a client who I worked with, who was sent to me, mandated to work with me by his employer, because he would have quite a few angry outbursts.
And we started out working with some surface techniques, some deep breathing, some thought stoppage.
But eventually, we got to a point where I wanted to know, a little bit deeper, like, what do you think this is really about?
What's really going on besides being frustrated that your coworker didn't turn in the accounting report on time, right?
He's got to be more than this.
And as he began to do his work, as he began to look at the situations that cost him anger, he began to think about how he watched his father become angry and upset.
And upset with him often because his father would make him feel as though he wasn't worthy.
He wasn't doing a good enough job.
And really, the deeper issue was feeling unworthy.
And he used anger as a tool to make him feel worthy, which, of course, he realized was to his detriment eventually, which led him to having to come see me.
Once we got to this place, and he realized, like, wait a minute, I'm not an angry person at all.
I'm just dealing with a low self-esteem.
I don't feel good enough.
I don't feel worthy of even this position that I mean.
And once he realized that and saw that, the situations that he would get into, like, they changed.
So much so, like, people used to, like, essentially, run away from him.
He said that people would run away from me.
And now they're running towards me because they seem just how much I've changed.
I think you can begin and just asking yourself that question of what else is there, right?
What's lurking beneath?
I think you can do that on your own and just track that.
Keep track of that. I think, though, when you might need to see a professional, like a therapist, maybe in a mental health coach, is when it brings up, you know, maybe some of these traumas or childhood issues or things that happen, I think it's when you want to go talk to a professional to really begin to process that information.
I'm not a person that doesn't believe you shouldn't be angry or you shouldn't be sad or you shouldn't be a lot of emotions.
Like, I think we should feel the range of emotions.
And I also think that emotions are here to inform us about our lives, right?
And I think when we just want to hurry up and get rid of an emotion and not feel that thing or not feel angry or sad or whatever, we can lose some valuable information about, you know, how we might need to make some changes.
So I'm not saying that you stay stuck in depression, right?
I'm not saying you stay stuck in fear.
What I'm saying is it's information.
And if we can use that information correctly, we can really change our lives, right?
Emotions are important to have.
I don't think we should get rid of them.
There is righteous and justified anger, right?
It's just what we do with it.
There are things that I'm angry about, but I try to do something about those things, right?
That's it for me today. Thanks so much for listening.
I will see you back here real soon.
