Every year, people make the same fitness goal, train harder.
But most fail because recovery gets ignored, especially connective tissue that muscles depend on to grow.
FrogFuel was developed by Navy SEALs and perfected by a Stanford-trained scientist, delivering 15 grams of nano-hydrolyzed collagen protein that digests in just 15 minutes.
It's science-backed and ready to drink.
No mixing, no sugar, no junk.
This year, don't just train harder, recover smarter.

Today we got a great expression.
Instead of give somebody a call, let's use eCube number 346.
Let's go back in time.
Today's expression is to give a holler.
Give a holler.
Give me a holler.
Give John a holler.
Hmm, what does this mean?
To give, G-I-V-E, a holler, H-O-L-L-E-R.
Now usually, if you look at the dictionary, the word holler means to yell at somebody.
Don't holler at me.
Don't yell at me.
When I was young, my dad hollered at me every day.
Yeah, I was a troublemaker.
Sometimes my teachers would holler at me.
They would yell at me.
Shane, don't do that.
Shane, stop that.
Shane, you bad boy.
And then they would spank me or hit me.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, I was a bad kid.
Yep.
My dad used to holler at me.
But today I can tell my dad, oh, dad, don't worry.
Just give me a holler.
So, for example, my dad said, I need to clean my car, but my back is hurting.
And I can say, oh, don't worry, dad.
Just give me a holler.
When you're ready, just give me a holler.
What does it mean?
It means call me, let me know, and I will do it for you.
Tell me and I will do it for you.
Give me a holler.
Call me.
Let me know.
And the deeper nuance is I will help you or I will do it for you or I will solve your problem.
It's a great expression.
So once again, if you guys are having a hard time with English, give me a holler.
