It's going to be a November to remember.
But for now, let's get on with the show.
Woo!
Guess what?
The most amazing thing just happened.
They're restocking the gluten-free vegan apple seaweed crumbles in the canteen?
Uh, no.
The most amazing thing is, look at all these shark teeth I found!
Whoa, Mindy, that's a lot of shark teeth.
Where'd you find them?
That doesn't matter.
Uh, By the way, Guy Raz, have you seen little flying creature about an inch tall and talks kind of chirpy?
You know, i can't say i have mindy.
By the way, who are you looking for?
The shark tooth fairy?
She said she'd meet me around here, but i can't seem to find her anywhere.
Wait a minute.
Are you trying to sell these shark teeth?
I'm not selling them, Guy Raz.
I'm donating them for a fee.
It's a totally different thing.
Okay, if you say so.
Oh, there she is.
Uh, Sharktooth Fairy, Sharktooth Fairy, over here.
It's me, Mindy.
I got a bag of tea for you.
Ahem.
Camp WeWow is an awesome place.
Physics, biology, and outer space.
Science explorers with our headquarters.
Oh, Dennis.
Yeah.
That's enough of that.
Hey, G4s.
All right, balls.
Welcome, campers.
It's Shark Week here at Camp WeWow.
And this week's Sharktivities are all inspired by our Wow in the World episode, Scaredy Sharks and the Science of Fear.
For more on any of them, visit Tinkercast.com slash camp.
We're just about to head to the campfire to hear some of your stories about how you faced one of your biggest fears.
But before we do...
Dennis said he has a new complaint he wants to share with us.
Um, Dennis?
Ahem!
Attention campers!
Complaint number... It's just actually, it's just one complaint.
I ordered a foot-long sandwich from the mess hall I mean dining hall and I received sliced turkey and cheese sandwiched between two flip-flops.
I wanted my sandwich to be a foot-long, not to be held together by something you wear on your butts.
I mean feets.
And we really should add some gourmet foods on the menu.
Caviar on the hot dogs, smoked ricotta in the salad bar, quail eggs for breakfast with tamarind glaze and fig chutney and a side of haricot vert.
Great.
Now I'm hungry, and all I have to eat is cold turkey on a dirty sandal.
Yuck!
Dennis, over and out.
Agreed.
Thank you for your feedback, Dennis.
All right.
Time to head over to the Camp Wee Wow campfire to hear some stories from some of you campers.
And while we walk over, the Wow Cow has something to share with you.
Hello, fellow Wee Wow campers.
It's your favorite mascot, the Wow Cow.
And did you know that sharks' mouths contain several rows of teeth?
And that they can lose and replace thousands of those teeth over a lifetime?
And there's more where that came from.
Can't we wow?
We'll be right back.
Grown-ups, this message is for Moo.

Welcome to the Campfire, campers.
As you know, this week is Shark Week at Camp Wee Wow.
And all week long we've been getting calls from campers around the world sharing how they tackled their biggest fears.
And we are so excited to be able to share these with you today.
Campers, take it away.
Hello, I'm Chris, and I'm from Houston, Texas.
I was scared of heights but I went to a rock wall gym and I went to the top and there was a bell at the top and I rang it and I'm no longer scared of heights.
Oh, that's a good story.
Hi, Mindy and Guy Raz.
My name is Margo.
I live in Lexington, Massachusetts.
My story is once my dog was a baby and was so bitey, he was like a shark.
I was super afraid to play with him by myself, but I did.
It all went okay, and now he is better trained.
Wow!
Incredible!
Hey, wild world.
My name is Hampton.
I live in North Carolina and I faced one of my fears by going into a closet to hide, playing hide-and-seek and realizing that the dark wasn't so scary.
Oh, that's good.
Incredible!
Ooh, that's incredible!
I'm Indian Guy Ross, my name is Mila and I live in Gahanna, Ohio.
My story is we went to Mammoth Cave National Park and I was fine in the cave until the park ranger said that there were bats and I kept thinking rocks hanging from the ceiling of the cave were bats.
And so I just didn't look up so that I wouldn't see the ceiling.
And then we got to the diamond part and that made me feel better.
Bye, Mindy and Guy Raz.
Did you hear that, Guy Raz?
Hi, Mindy and Guy Raz.
My name is Elise.
And my name is Dan Smith.
We live in Raleigh, North Carolina.
I am eight years old.
And I am seven.
And one time, we were at the pool.
Our friends could do a front flip into the pool.
We saw them do it, and we really wanted to do it.
But we were scared.
We tried it once, and we did it.
And it saw that it was so much fun.
Bye.
That's bonker balls.
Hi, my name is Jack and I was in California and I am eight years old.
The fear that I faced was my fear of the dark.
How I faced it was.
I got the idea of being in a room and closing the door and turn off the lights and set a timer for one minute.
And now I'm not... And now I'm not fully not scared of it, but I'm working on it.
And next time, I'm probably going to do two minutes.
Bye.
I love your show.
How brave.
Hi, my name is Annie.
I live in Elkins, West Virginia.
Like Guy Raz, I used to be afraid of thunder and lightning.
I was scared that lightning would hit me.
I overcame my fear by finding how I could count how many miles away the lightning was.
By counting the seconds between seeing the lightning and hearing the thunder.
That made me not scared of the lightning, because I knew it was far away and I was safe.
Camp WeWOW is bonkers off.
Bye!
Thank you so much for sharing your stories, campers.
We loved hearing how you overcame your biggest fears.
We've got some pretty brave wee wowsers, if you ask me, Guy Raz.
This week, you've been thinking, tinkering, and exploring the world with us.
First, we kicked things off by learning about how sharks float in water.
We even experimented by seeing how oil floats by testing this out firsthand.
Then we got moving by playing a game of sharks and minnows.
You also created your very own rounds of two what's and a wow, spreading the what's and wows of sharks with your friends and family.
And you shared with us how you tackled your own fears.
I think it's safe to say that our campers have more than earned their shark bite wee wow badge this week.
And if you want to print and color your Wee Wowser badge, you can also download the badge on our site at Tinkercastcom slash camp.
You'll also find all of this week's crafts, games, and activities there, too.
We'll see you back here at Camp Wee Wow next week for a whole new week of thinking, tinkering and exploring.
Until then, who wows?
