Here's the news. A total of 15 tons of fresh durians from Malaysia has arrived in Zhengzhou in central China's Hunan province, marking the first batch of Malaysian fresh durians to enter the Chinese market.
The durians were distributed by the cold chain from the Zhongzhou Xinjiang International Airport to cities including Beijing Shanghai Shenzhen as well as Xiamen and Xinyang.
This batch of Malaysian fresh durians, including 10 varieties such as Black Thorn and Musang King was sourced from nine Malaysian export companies.
The Zhengzhou Airport Customs have established a green channel for cold -chain goods ensuring quick inspection and expedited clearance upon arrival.
Currently, the air route for transporting durians between Zhengzhou and Kuala Lumpur allows for same -day round trips with flexible scheduling.
The direct flight between the two cities takes as little as five hours.

Chinese authorities are offering financial incentives to encourage consumers to replace their old home appliances with new ones.
that is according to a recent circular released by the Ministry of Commerce and three other government departments.
eight categories of home appliances with high energy efficiency including washing machines, televisions as well as air conditioners and computers can enjoy trade -in subsidies.
the subsidies will be 15 % of the final sale prices of the products.
Each individual consumer can receive subsidies for one item in one category and the subsidies for each item cannot exceed 2 ,000 yuan, some 280 U .S.
dollars. The circular stated that all local governments should coordinate the use of central and local funds to provide subsidies to individual consumers who buy these eight categories of home appliances with high energy efficiency.
The Consumer Goods Trade -in Program is part of China's efforts to boost domestic demand and support economic growth.
China's State Council released an action plan in March to initiate large -scale equipment upgrades and trade -ins of consumer goods, nearly 15 years since the last such round of renewals.
At the end of last year, people in China owned some 336 million civilian automobiles and over 3 billion major household appliances.
It is estimated that the upgrading drive will create market demand worth more than 1 trillion yuan.

Chinese researchers have proposed a new type of deep learning model to predict the lifetime of lithium -ion batteries.
The accurate lifetime prediction of the batteries is essential to the operation of electric devices.
However, such estimation faces huge challenges due to the non -linear capacity degradation process, and uncertain operating conditions of the batteries, jointly developed by the researchers from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Xi 'an Jiaotong University, the deep learning model effectively eliminated the dependence on a large amount of charging test data and provided a new idea for predicting battery life in real time.
As the experiment results showed, this innovative model can accurately predict the battery's current cycle life and remaining service life using only 15 charge cycle data.
Chen Zhongwei, the director of the State Key Laboratory of Catalysis with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, noted that the proposed model is expected to provide a solution for the intelligent battery management.
This innovation has been published in the journal IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification.

An AI -powered monitoring system has been helping to enhance bird conservation efforts at a Jingxing, a staff member with the Nan Da Gung Wetland and Bird Nature Reserve in fascination.
The system uses Unmanned monitoring boats to collect bird sounds in reed marshes.
This vocal monitoring system Automatically compares the recorded sounds with a database of more than 1 ,500 bird call types, enabling precise identification of bird species.
Since the system began operation in 2022, it has identified 197 different species.
In addition to sound recording, the system also captures images of birds in motion which, when combined with audio data enhances the accuracy and efficiency of species identification, this approach overcomes the limitations of traditional monitoring methods.
Last year, with AI technology, the reserve recorded the presence of the black -faced spoonbill, which is classified as a globally endangered species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, demonstrating the important role of AI technology in biodiversity conservation.
Zhang Jianguo, Director of the Nature Reserve Management Office of the typical coastal wetland type with the most intact marsh wetland ecosystem preserved in the Bohai Gulf ecological zone.
In July this year the Nandagung migratory bird habitat was included on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list as part of the migratory bird sanctuaries along the coast of the Yellow Sea Bohai high gulf area of China.
More than a hundred thousand migratory birds were recorded in the Nature Reserve last year, a significant increase from 20 ,000 in In 2019, the director attributed this rise in bird numbers to the dedicated conservation efforts undertaken at the reserve.

Nature has its own way of signaling change.
When the temperature gap between Day and night grows wider, the wild geese begin their flight to the south.
Along with tiny droplets gracing leaves, Chinese people would consider these as the gentle hints indicating the arrival of the solar term white dew, also known known as bai lu in Chinese.
White dew, falling on September 7th this year, is the 15th of the 24 solar terms and the third in autumn.
The term bai literally translates to white, white, while lu signifies do.
You may wonder what inspired ancient Chinese to describe the color of do as white.
Meteorology steps in here to provide some insight.
As the white dew solar term approaches, the transition into cooler weather proceeds.
During the night hours, atmospheric moisture encounters the chill and is condensed into delicate little water droplets.
These droplets rest elegantly on green stems, leaves, and flower petals, forming a misty white veil when viewed from a distance.
Illuminated by the morning sun, these droplets sparkle with crystalline clarity and pure whiteness, an enchanting sight that justifies the term white dew.
Just as the name of this solar term suggests, dew has become the most distinct feature of this time period.
In the eyes of ancient Chinese, dew was considered a gift from nature.
according to one of the most famous medical books Compendium of Materia Medica written by Li Shi -Chun over 400 years ago Dew can be used as a beverage to heal illnesses.
So in ancient times, people would get up before dawn and gather dew from the leaves.
These precious dew collections served various purposes, and one of the most popular usages is making Baolu tea with dew water.
Even though in modern times, Chinese people no longer collect dew water to make tea, their affection for Baolu tea remains unwavering.
Bai lu tea refers to tea leaves harvested during the Bai lu season.
As the old saying goes, spring tea is bitter, summer tea is astringent, and the experiencing a rapid spurt of growth during the summer, the tea leaves carried a unique mellow fragrance as well as a lingering taste.
As the fragrant aroma envelopes them, Chinese people warmly welcome this Solar Term in style.
