You know six months you're gonna make huge progress you will make big progress promise you In fact, it's guaranteed.
It's guaranteed or your money back No podcasts for a little while or videos because Everyone in my family got sick except for me.
So I like both my kids and my wife got sick I was kind of had to do everything take care for everybody and doing everything here And it's yeah, I was quite busy, so I just didn't have time I'm doing better now Everybody's feeling good, and I was lucky I I didn't I didn't get sick this time.
You know knock on wood, but I think I didn't get it.
So it's interesting.
I've been feeling much better physically You know, since I started this focus on metabolism, you know, health, but specifically energy as the number one, let's say, measurement of health, I have just been feeling so much better.
You know, not perfect, still have days where my moods not as good or, you know, I'm a little more tired, you know, there's still little ups and downs.
But the overall trend, you know, the average day, I feel better, I feel more energetic, I feel stronger, healthier, didn't get sick, you know, when everyone around here is getting sick and everyone else in the family gets sick, but not me.
So some of the things I'm doing seem to be effective, seem to be helping.
I have not lost weight.
This has not been a weight loss diet.
I'm definitely overweight a bit.
More than a bit. I'm heavy right now.
But I decided instead of focusing on weight loss, I decided to try to get more to the energy which of course actually affects emotional and even spiritual energy as well.
What does that mean?
You know, it just means I feel better.
I just feel more energetic, more happy, more enthusiastic, more motivated about everything.
I've just been doing so much now and it's with projects and whereas before you know like last year I just couldn't make myself do anything it was it took huge motivation to do like one thing in the day you know oh I've got to do you know oh I gotta go to jujitsu today so I'd go to jujitsu and then the rest of the day be kind of just tired and have not much energy to to do work to do a podcast to do you know anything special with my kids it's really it it was affecting my life and my quality of my life and seriously affecting my quality as a dad as a person so this is a major thing this is a major thing
and I of course you know at my age I've tried been through all kinds of different experiments and things with health.
I think this is really the core of it.
I highly recommend this approach. Meaning that when we say health, instead of thinking longevity, I'm going to live to a hundred, because how do you know that?
You don't know what happens.
It's actually not a very good goal to have, longevity.
First First of all, accidents can happen.
We don't know how long we're going to live.
And if you have it as a goal, how do you know if you're doing it or not?
I mean, okay, you're not dead today, great.
But does that mean you're going to live to be 99?
No. Who knows, right?
So I think that with most things in life, and including with health, we need things that we can measure and feel and notice and improve right now, in the short term.
Right now. We need changes now.
Because so many people, you see it online, on all over social media, it's kind of a big thing now, this longevity thing, everybody's got 100 research studies about their diet or their supplements or their kinds of exercise and on and on and on and on.
But how do you know?
Because at most these people are maybe middle aged, like in their 40s, maybe a few in their 50s, but most of them are younger than that.
So how can they really teach about longevity?
How do we know? We don't know how.
They might be dead at 65.
So I think it's not a good thing to focus on.
I think the, you know, as a low standard, as a basic standard, something we can definitely notice and measure and see immediately is not being sick, not being ill.
And that can be, for example, not catching colds and flus very often so healthy immune system basically and also you're just not having lots of aches and pains and problems in disorder so many people have serious health problems so an absence and absence of health problems is maybe let me call it health level one right there because if you have a health problem you know that becomes a major focus of your and you bet that's the first thing you got to figure out and it can take a while but then I think okay once if you have that but maybe just feel kind of tired just feels like a you know I think
the next level of health to focus on is energy all right when you think of what think of a healthy person usually think of someone who's really young and what super energetic super energetic So I think this it's a great way to to gauge Then you can tell like ok when I eat certain kinds of food does it does it does it take away my energy or do?
I feel more energetic If you've got some Health issues or something you want to take a you know certain vitamin or supplements.
You know, maybe you think you're you're missing something Well again, you can take it.
Does it make you feel more energetic or not?
Do you notice any difference?
So I'm not going to give any specific health advice about this yet because I want to keep experimenting more and more and more with it and then I'll share, you know, some of the things I've been doing, but as just an overall thing I do recommend this focus on energy.
Now what's interesting is with my children especially with my son who most of you know you know he's six years old now and he's had three heart surgeries and I have also been focusing on energy with him and I've noticed you know doing a few things with him he does take some supplements and things and he's been through a lot and still, you know, still dealing with some issues and one of the measures I look at and one of the key things I look at other than, you know, an absence of problems or any issues or problems he has, are they getting better?
And the second thing is does he just seem energetic?
Energetic physically because know a kid a 6 year old kid should be very energetic and and cheerful and he has been so much more energetic and cheerful really since after his surgery last fall he's been since his recovery about a month for him to recover but since then you know he's been getting better and better and I've you know We've done some different things, made some adjustments.
And, you know, he is, he's much more energetic and cheerful.
And he's generally a cheerful kid now.
And that's, you know, as a parrot it's wonderful.
And that brings me kind of to my next topic, which is kind of related to some things I've been talking about lately.
And this idea of not giving up.
Of experimenting, of trying, and trying, and trying things.
And what this relates to is my son who has you know he was born very very very very small low birth weight and you know had a serious heart problem.
He's had three heart surgeries already, hopefully no more.
Should be done, but still three heart surgeries by age six is a lot.
And you know long hospital stays, lots of stress and trauma and from dealing with the hospitals and the tests and of the surgeries themselves and the recoveries and then you know that's affected them in other ways as well.
So we've had you know a lot a lot lot of physical, mental, emotional things to deal with with him and any of you who have kids who have you know any kind of what are called special needs is what they say in in America but you know basically it just means they've got they've had challenges in their lives or maybe they do maybe the physical maybe mental could be emotional it could be a combination of these things but you'll know that a lot of the mainstream stuff is useless and And again, we get back to that theme of lies, lies, lies.
I'll give an example.
Of autism is one, where they lie, lie, lie, and America's got an epidemic of autism now with kids.
And it's obviously not genetic.
They say it's genetic.
They meaning, you know, the doctors and the media.
But that's obviously bullshit, because well, why didn't our ancestors have it?
I mean, I can go just go back to my childhood.
There weren't tons of kids with Autism or, you know, mild or serious.
There weren't and now there are lots and lots and lots of them.
So you cannot trust the mainstream.
So this is just a message for you about anything in life where you're stuck, where you come up against a problem, and usually these are going to be serious things in life, right, where you can come up against some kind of problem that is seriously affecting your life.
Typically, the first thing we do is we follow the mainstream idea, the mainstream advice, it doesn't matter what it is.
If you have a kid with autism, okay well They'll take them to the doctor, they'll get diagnosed, they'll recommend some kind of drugs or something, and then maybe a certain conventional therapist through a hospital or a clinic or whatever.
Whatever they call them.
And what you'll find is these will not be effective.
Or minor. They might help a little but not much. And why not?
Well, because you're trying to rely on the people who created the problem and people who are lying about it.
Either they're lying because they're bad people, or some of them are just lying because they're just fools and they just follow whatever they're told.
That's probably most people.
Whatever they learned in medical school or nursing school...
whatever school they want too for therapy and so they just they're all just doing these conventional things and they help a little bit but not much is not enough and it's ineffective and it's just not gonna help not much and this could be something else it could be weight loss okay where you can try to follow a follow I mean I don't know who goes to a doctor for or nurses and for weight -loss advice because they certainly aren't gonna help you.
Or fitness, I mean doctors nurses hospitals in general, clinics, typically know nothing about nutrition or or health.
To be honest, they know nothing about health.
They know maybe a little bit about disease sometimes or injuries.
But about health, forget it.
You saw it with English you want to be fluent in English?
Oh you get it you go to the normal mainstream usual classes in schools.
Do you learn to be fluent, to speak fluently or even just to speak decently or well mostly no most people definitely not so we see this again and again and again in all these different areas and it's not of dharma this is called the Kali Yuga, which means it's the age of ...
I think it's technically translated as something like that the age of conflict, but you could think of it as the age of deception, the age of lies.
It's the dark age spiritually, and we're living in it.
And there's a great quote ...
I can't remember who said it or wrote it, but basically, oh, I know it was John Taylor Gotta.
But we basically live in a time where doctors don't heal, schools and teachers don't teach, right?
These institutions, the news does not inform, right?
None of these institutions actually does the main thing they're supposed to do.
and yet still most people the masses of people still blindly look to these institutions these groups these people because they have authority they're supposedly the big experts they look to them for help and advice when things are tough.
Another example you're depressed you're severely depressed you're unhappy in your life.
You go to a psychologist or a therapist or a psychiatrist. Are they likely to help you?
And you're gonna start feeling super happy and feeling great and change your life completely?" Mostly, no. And can it happen?
Yes, but I used to work in that field, and I will tell you the failure rate is something like 90 I don't know ninety -eight percent ninety nine percent it's it's most people who go to therapy do not get much better they certainly don't become happy and great and cheerful same with drug addiction drug addicts go to clinics for drug addiction and or alcoholism almost all of them start doing drugs and drinking again after they leave. So that seems kind of depressing doesn't it?
It just seems like this is where people lose hope.
This is where people lose hope, but the reason you lose hope, the reason people lose hope is they have too much faith.
Actually they have faith.
You should have none.
They have faith, they put their faith, they put their trust in these mainstream institutions in authority right.
What everyone else says is the best or the thing to do.
What everyone else agrees to do.
What everyone else is doing.
And then it doesn't work and then they feel depressed.
They think something's wrong with them.
It's always my fault that I can't speak English.
I'm just bad at English.
I'm just not good at school.
English is just incredibly difficult.
I'm just not good with languages.
You know this is what they start blaming themselves.
Or, same with health problems. Ah, I'll never get rid of it.
Or if you're just miserable and you're happy in life.
Ah, I'm just gonna have a bad life.
There's something wrong with me, I'm miserable.
I'll never have a happy relationship.
I'll never be happy in my life.
This is what happens because Because when you put your trust in these mainstream people and groups, and you try what they tell you to do, and then it fails, yeah, it's easy then to lose hope.
And it's so sad to me to see people lose hope.
But here's the good news.
There are solutions out there but you must be willing to try different things.
You must be willing to do things that seem even crazy or foolish.
You must be willing to try things that everyone else says doesn't work, oh it's not going to work, oh you're crazy to do that, what are you doing, that's crazy.
You must be willing to possibly look foolish.
You must be willing to be criticized.
That's how you succeed.
That's how you find the solutions to even seemingly impossible problems. Because they're out there because the cool thing, and this is a nice thing about the Internet too by the way, The cool thing is that somewhere out there in the world there are one or more people who have found solutions to your problem, who are making great progress, and getting very good results, who can give you great hope for whatever it is.
They're out there. Somewhere.
And if you search long enough, you get on the internet and you're probably not going to see it on page one on Google because the search results are now all lies.
Try Yandex .com. I find you can get better, alternative results on Yandex sometimes.
But you're probably gonna have to go into page one, page two, page ten, page twenty of the search results.
You're gonna have to look at forums. You're gonna have to maybe get on X or Twitter and do, you know, searches for your problem or issue.
And then you just gotta start trying things and experimenting and you have to have that mentality this experimental mentality and a mentality that an idea an attitude that you're just gonna keep trying and trying and trying and trying tons of things until you find something that works or find more than one thing that works I find in life and I found with some of the the bigger problems things with my son for example I found that it's not always just one thing that solves it all but it's actually several things you find one thing and you try it and I would it helps a bit doesn't solve the problem
completely but it helps a bit maybe it's a ten percent improvement so you don't give up you say alright well I'm gonna do this now we're gonna keep doing it but ten percent is not enough there's still a serious problem here so let's keep trying keep trying other things you start you keep searching you keep trying other things you try something else oh it gets also get some improvement maybe this time you get a fifteen or twenty percent improvement well that plus the ten percent improvement you were getting from the other thing the first thing you tried now you're starting to see some progress
now you're starting to get hope Now things are improving you keep going you don't stop so we're doing that with my son I we've done it since you know he came home from the hospital from the Intensive care unit he was in the hospital for like almost three months And you know then we noticed that you know he was having problems. He wasn't crawling He was having some issues, so you know I was about at his first birthday.
I contacted Doman international whom we still work with and love them and they have helped us so much and I found them on the internet because I knew that the normal therapist at the hospital recommended, I knew they were going to do anything.
I knew first of all, I knew it was not enough they would only see my son, you know, one or two hours a week, that's nothing.
If there's a serious problem you're not going to make any progress with that, so I was looking for things that we would do ourselves at home and donate it is exactly that they teach parents to be their kids therapists they train you how to do it and they're really great and they cover so many areas physical and mental I've interviewed if you've looked some of my old videos you can find interviews I've done with I think remember that I only do I can't remember who I which person I interviewed it from Domon I know I did I interviewed uh someone about the reading program but anyway they they helped
and we got him crawling we got a him walking he's doing so much better you know but that didn't solve all his problems you still had some other issues going on.
So you know I've done tons and tons and tons of things with his diet with you know with what he eats with supplements because I want to avoid drugs.
We don't want him on a bunch of you know drugs that with that have because they all have serious side effects and so I've done things and we've made and we've seen improvements there with adjusting you know what he eats and we eat you know basically we don't go out to eat anymore we just eat at home and make almost everything at home and that kind of higher quality food is you know real food basically has helped him and now you know I just we just started something else new we're continuing to do Doman but I found some people again I found online that they're doing some very interesting things.
And they're using like medical lasers and certain exercises and things to help heal parts of the brain and body and help with you know, therapy, mental and physical.
So starting to do some of that now and actually I've already noticed a few improvements.
So they add up. These things add up.
If you want me to bring something less serious just talking about English, although maybe it is serious, for some people learning to speak English effortlessly could be quite serious.
It could mean you get a much better job, a much better career, it could open up huge Okay, you know, you did school and, uh, you know some vocab, but you're not fluent.
Your speaking is not good.
Otherwise you wouldn't be listening to me, probably.
So you found Effortless English great!
You made that first step of trying something different, right, because you've realized, okay, just studying more and more grammar rules again and again and again, endlessly I was endlessly studying text books, and learning grammar rules, and doing exercises in books.
And taking classes is not working, I'm not getting better, it's just not doing it.
Maybe it gave you a little bit of vocab, or a little bit of intellectual understanding of English, but it's not getting you what you want.
So you've done the correct thing, which is, you've gone online and you've been searching around for think different things and I promise you you find you find the results it's the independent people ok it's not going to be some gigantic company that's what I found with my son is not going to be some huge company or hospital or something that has the answer because they're just doing the same stuff that everybody else is doing and it's not effective and it can even be harmful in some cases, depending what it is, what you're talking about.
So you go, you find those independent people, and then you try things.
And you try things, okay, with effortless English, okay, you try something.
You get my Power English course, boom, you are going to make great progress with Power English.
You're gonna speak powerfully in six months.
But does that mean you'll be perfect?
No, you won't be perfect in six months, but you're gonna be speaking naturally and powerfully.
So maybe then you think, well you know, my pronunciation...
people are complaining that they're not...
they can't understand me.
I feel like my fluency...
you're speaking effortlessly.
The words are coming out easily.
You're understanding really quickly but the problem is that maybe your pronunciation is not that great, and so people are not understanding you simply because they can't understand your pronunciation.
You have... your accent is too strong.
So, okay fine? Great!
You don't give up, right?
So then you say all right, now you do the next thing I'll try the pronunciation course.
You try my pronunciation course.
Or you could try someone else's pronunciation course and then if that didn't work then you try mine or you try mine and then you try someone else's too to do some other things whatever.
Okay, the point is you keep trying.
You keep trying. You keep trying different things.
Get my pronunciation course too.
And oh, now you got to get a job.
speaking English your pronunciations good your fluency is very good you're speaking naturally and powerfully but now you're scared I got to do an interview in English I got to do a job search in English get my business English course do that and you're gonna get those skills and then even then it never ends it never ends because then you can say well okay I'm doing great Well now I just want to sound more and more like a native speaker." And that's when you start just getting into, you know, novels and audiobooks and watching movies, things that are made for native speakers.
You're ready for it at that point.
Fantastic! Great! But it's the same thing if you have a health problem.
If you've got a health problem.
Okay, don't give up.
I know health problems can really make you feel hopeless sometimes, okay?
If you've got a serious health problem, I get it.
I understand. You're probably not gonna get much help from the hospitals, or the doctors and nurses, okay?
Not much. It's not gonna solve your problem, probably.
Whatever it is. So guess what.
Now, you gotta go and get weird. And you gotta start looking into nutrition.
You've got to start looking into supplements, you've got to start looking into different kinds of devices, electro -magnetic devices, infrared, lasers, all that kind of stuff.
You've got to start looking into energetic work, you've got to start looking into meditation and guided visualization.
You've got to start looking into, of course, supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, maybe even alternative chemicals.
Then you've got to look into various kinds of exercises for therapy or otherwise.
And you have to be willing to try some weird stuff, okay?
and not everything will work some things won't work some things might make you feel worse but you will get better and better by overall by experimenting and experimenting and being willing to try anything be willing to try anything and eventually you do.
You'll find something and things surprise you sometimes.
Sometimes you'll try something and you think I've done this so many times for myself and and my children where I'll think I really don't think this is going to do anything.
Right let's say my son right so maybe some some supplement or some I don't know homeopathic thing or something and all I don't know probably I'm really in my mind.
I'm thinking it's not gonna do anything, but I will do try We'll try anything especially for him.
I'll try anything so like oh, I'll try it what the heck I'll try it and I try it and what do you know I notice an improvement It's like mmm interesting I'm glad I tried it.
I'm glad I didn't worry about Being foolish.
I'm glad I didn't you know worry about people say this is doesn't work people say this isn't logical Don't worry about what other people say, don't worry about what other people think, okay?
And don't be stuck with science either because science is a whole lot of corruption and bullshit at this point.
Because when people say science, what they really mean is corporate science, big company science, studies paid for gigantic companies.
Okay, because these studies are super expensive and they're, whoever pays for them, You know, you can design studies very easily to get the kind of results you want, or at least to avoid the kind of results you don't want.
The other thing is, when scientists, quote unquote, get results that really go against the mainstream, the corporate power, the medical industry, they don't get published.
They don't get published.
Or, they get published and then they get attacked and then they get retracted so and then of course the other thing we've seen that so many of these studies are cannot be reproduced.
It's over 50%. I think that was that in itself was a study.
But it was, you know, somebody looked at all these research studies in various, you know, respectable research journals, and found that more than half, like a little more than half, it was a right around half, I believe, of the studies could not be repeated so they got a result one time but then someone else does the experiment and they got a different result.
In other words, it's not valid.
So so many of the studies we hear about, and especially if the lying news is talking about a study or is talking about research, well you know, why are they promoting it?
They don't care about truth so they have other reasons.
So you can't trust any of that.
You have to be willing to just experiment on yourself.
Okay, even when the studies, meaning the media, the corporations, the big money, the power, says that something doesn't work, or something's not good, just be willing to try it anyway.
Be willing to try it anyway.
I mean, just look in my own area of, language teaching, I can't believe that this grammar translation textbook method approach is still the number one way of teaching language all over the world.
You know, inexpensive, you know, very reputable universities, schools, governments, agencies, everywhere in the world, corporations.
They're still using this method that has such an absolutely horrible success rate that is absolutely miserably boring and ineffective that nobody likes and they're still doing it!
They're still doing it anyway.
And these people, especially the administrators, the bureaucrats, the officials, the professors, who will be quick to attack anything else.
Anything else. It's just amazing to me, there's so many examples now online of people who have learned languages, English or other languages, in so many other ways, so much more effectively, so much more enjoyably, and yet it's like a doesn't exist because in the media world, in the world of schools and corporations, it's just the same old thing again and again and again.
And that's exactly the situation you will find in the medical industry.
It's what you're gonna find in the business world.
So if you're wanting to start your own business and be an entrepreneur, the very last thing you want to do is copy everybody else and do what everybody else does first of all that's like a marketing sin to be the same as everybody else means why would anyone want to buy from you if you're just the same as everybody else and to try to copy what big companies do is also its death because you're not a big company I mean if you have a billion dollars okay great just copy the big companies then but if you have a billion dollars it's not that hard to make more you can afford just to spend crazy amounts
of money on on advertising and marketing and and attract investors and all that kind of stuff okay but if you're a real a true small business an entrepreneur then you you've got to be different you've got to be different same in relationships if you want to have you know a happy family you can't live the way everybody else does because I don't know if you've noticed look around most people are not that happy they put on a smiley face but if you look when I say look around look around at people you actually know okay not not people is strangers okay everyone everyone seems like a happy family you
know when you're at when they're just out in public and you don't know them but I mean like you know family members you write your aunts uncles cousins your friends and their families your friends friends you're the families of your friends right so kind look at your social circle where you're kind of more aware of what's actually happening and you're going to just see tons and tons of divorce and tons and tons of, um, miserable and happiness in so many different ways.
And so if you just try to live that, uh, you know in America they call it the American dream, uh, it's a nightmare, but it's, you know, the typical life here.
Of, okay, so you work a job, nine to five, 40 hours a week, your kids go to public school.
So and then, you know, after school and on the weekends your kids are doing organized sports with the school.
Here, that would be football, baseball, soccer, basketball.
and you know you're trying to buy a house that's too big and too expensive for your income and you know these are kind of the things people do here and it just creates massive stress and it destroys the families because and then the kids just watching videos you know tons of hours every day I mean I still I just can't I don't know how it's possible can I see these statistics I I don't even know if they're real or if they're just fake because they'll say, oh, the average kid in America watches six hours of videos.
It was something like that.
Maybe seven hours, it was six to seven hours somewhere in there.
And I'm just like, how is that possible?
I mean, what are they doing?
They just cause I know they go to school because most kids go to school here.
So okay. They're in school during that daytime.
So to get in 6 to 7 hours of video every single day.
That means when they come home from school, they're turning on the TV, and then they're just watching it until they go to bed.
Pretty much. That's the only way that statistic would be possible.
Maybe the statistic's a lie, but it just seems crazy to me.
So, if you want happiness, you gotta go against it.
Go against the mainstream, especially now.
Okay maybe in a different age, maybe our ancestors long ago had civilizations where people were more wise and more good and more connected to natural law, to dharma.
And you could follow the mainstream, you could follow what society taught, what most people did and live a happy, good life.
I suspect in some places in the world at certain times in history, that was true.
But it's not true now.
Now it's the opposite.
We live in a dystopia, we live in 1984, right now.
It's a blend of read 1984, or Animal Farm is maybe easier, a simpler book, and re -Brave New World.
I did book clubs for both of those, so you you can look on my video channel, YouTube, and you can learn about both those books.
So we live in a blend of those two.
You're living in it.
It's not an exaggeration, we're living in it right now.
Everything on the news is a lie.
You're living in it.
So if you're living in that, or if you want a spiritual name for it we'll call it the Kali Yuga.
In that case that means that society is perverted, society is corrupted and indeed tends towards evil.
Certainly society will move people in the direction of suffering and unhappiness and misery.
So that means if you want And illness and disease.
And spiritual disconnections.
And all of these things.
So if you want the opposite, if you want happiness, if you want health, if you want a happy family, if you want abundance, if you want a rich spiritual life and devotion and meaning and purpose in your life.
You've got to go against society.
You've got to go against what everyone else is doing.
You've got to go against what's being taught in schools.
You've got to go against what's being taught in the media.
You've got to live contrary.
OK? That's just the way it if you want to get results you got and this is the world we live in now and you know the good news is you can still do these things it is possible still you can be happy you can be healthy you can have a good family you can have a deep feeling of love purpose and devotion connection to God you can have a a wonderful, meaningful, beautiful life.
You can, but you can't do it by following the rules and the values of modern society.
You've got to go against all those things.
You're going to be moving in a different direction.
And this is the trap for most people.
They're too scared...
too proud, to do something to to do that.
Most people are afraid of that.
They're afraid of criticism.
They're afraid of standing out, afraid of being different.
I think they're afraid of making their own decisions and going against what everyone else is doing.
It's like, uh -huh, what else is doing it?
Uh, what if I, what if I do something different and then it fails?
Yeah, you might. It might fail sometimes so you just try something else that's all no big deal but this is the way I'm giving very general advice here but it's the way you go in the opposite direction or at least a different direction than the masses then society okay if something if something's being pushed heavily in the news on television Whether it's in the news or even just in TV shows and movies, you know, if some value or some way of living or some kind of advice, if it's being pushed or some information.
If it's being pushed, it's being repeated again and again and again and again and again.
You're seeing it pop up everywhere.
They're talking about on the news.
Go the opposite direction.
Do the opposite and you have a much better chance of success.
It's not 100 % but I guarantee—Don't do whatever they're encouraging.
If they just came out with—if everyone, everyone, everyone, all over the news and movies and everything was saying, you know, coffee's bad for you, coffee's bad for you, I'd start drinking 10 cups a day.
Just as an experiment.
Because I would know.
I know they don't care about my health.
I know they're not telling the truth, so, um...
You'd be better off assuming that the opposite is true.
Is not always going to be the case, but don't be afraid of just doing the opposite and trying it.
That's why I say, I suspect that tobacco is not as bad as we are.
In fact, you can even look online, there's some, you can find people who talk about it that tobacco in certain forms, for example, is actually could have some health benefits is not so bad and by that I mean certain forms means natural tobacco.
So, for example, what you find in cigars.
I mean, you don't really hear about cigar smokers getting tons of cancer and all that.
Some people say that the nicotine and other things in cigar smoke, or even pipe tobacco if it's good quality may raise testosterone in men, or at least lower estrogen.
there may be some actual benefits.
I'm not telling you to go smoke, okay?
My point being, I'm just making a point that the fact that you know it's everywhere it's all crazy anti smoking and anti tobacco immediately should make you suspicious.
Why are they doing that?
They don't care about your health, okay?
The people in the stupid news and in Hollywood do not care about your health.
So why are Why are they so crazy anti -tobacco?
I mean they have no problem with plenty of other poisons.
They have no problem at all pushing other poisons and other insanity.
So why that one is suddenly right just makes you think.
No I'm not like a habitual smoker or anything.
But it just makes me and immediately makes me suspicious like, all right anything I see now.
Of course, I don't watch television anymore, but even online you just see these trends and now they do it with bots.
So you'll see it online with bots where everyone just starts seeing all these posts about a certain topic and they're trying to suck you in in one direction or another.
Maybe sometimes they're just trying to distract you and focus your attention on something that you can do nothing about.
So don't fall for it.
Don't fall for it, okay?
Do not fall for it.
You've got to find the courage to be weird. You've got to find the courage to look foolish and be different.
You've got to find the courage to be criticized possibly.
You've got to find the courage to fail, and fail even publicly.
Or, at least within your own social circle.
That's what will set you free and that's what will eventually lead you to great success and great happiness.
In this age now, the good news is that when you're willing to do all of that, when you're willing to go against the masses, it's actually not that hard. You're going to find you will get results.
you will. Go against the masses, go against the society, go against the programming, and you're going to find solutions.
I wish you lots of success and happiness, lots of love to you.
