Plastic has become an inescapable component of modern life, permeating our clothing, food, and even the air we breathe. As these materials degrade into micro- and nanoplastics, they inevitably infiltrate our biological systems, raising significant concerns regarding long-term human health.

Once inside the body, the size of nanoplastics allows them to pass through most cell membranes, settling deep within our tissues. Because our natural defenses are unable to break down plastic, this response becomes chronic, leading to long-term damage.
