Hello, everybody. Welcome back to Daily Easy English Expressions.

Thank you! Maria Russia.
Russia r -a -s -c -h -e.
Russia. I'm guessing.
Thank you so much. Maria and Mario George Pareto biegus Castro Mario Thank you so much. You guys are my new sponsors and without you I could not do this full -time So once again, thank you very much Now thanks to these three great people we have todays expression.
Today's expression is dangerous.
I do not recommend that you use this anytime.
The expression is, bite me.
Bite me. B -I -T -E -M -E.
Bite me. But what does this expression mean?
Well, if you watch American movies or sometimes in pop music, maybe even on a sitcom, if you have some American friends, if you go to a bar and listen to Americans speak, if you hear some teenagers speaking, men and women.
Sometimes, you will hear this expression, somebody says something to a guy, to a woman, and then the person says, bite me, bite me.
Now once again, a man can use the expression and a woman can use the expression.
And it means basically go to hell.
Get out of here. Don't talk to me.
Shut up. Leave me alone.
It is not a nice expression.
Never, never, ever use this expression to your bar.
or to your mother or to your father no no no no should you use it to your girlfriend your boyfriend your husband your wife no unless perhaps they did something really really bad then you might want to say bite me yeah it's possible let's check out the dialogue are you sick bite me what you look pale Oh, I just found out my girlfriend is seeing someone else.
Uh -huh. Yep. See, in this situation, the guy, if he sees his girlfriend, he will probably say, bite me.
Get out of here. Get out of here.
The situation, are you sick?
The guy, I guess he looked like he might be sick.
He says, bite me. Leave me alone.
Don't talk to me. Shut up.
Get out of here. And the guy doesn't know by what?
What did I do? You look pale, you look sick, I didn't mean to make you mad.
And then the guy explains, I just found out my girlfriend is seeing someone else.
Tragedy tragedy, tragedy.
That tragedy happened to me and now I'm free.
freedom is beautiful.
Sorry. So once again, today's expression, bite me, is not a nice expression.
I don't recommend that you use it.
However, if you're watching, once again, movies, TV shows, if you're listening to Americans communicate, there's a good chance you will hear this expression.
and once again what it means is shut up leave me alone go to hell now sometimes it can just be a joke but usually it's pretty serious let's check out the dialogue two more times are you sick bite me what you look pale oh I just found out my girlfriend to sing someone else.
Are you sick? Bite me.
What? You look pale!
I just found out my girlfriend to sing someone else.
Okay I have an announcement, our next book for our book club is officially chosen.
It It is don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff.
So the book is written by Dr. Richard Carlson and he also narrates the book.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
It's a fantastic book.
I actually read it many, many years ago and now it is in audio format.
So, if you would like to get this book for free, if you've never signed up with audible, then go here www .audibletrial .com slash lme once again that's www dot a u d i b l e t e r i a l dot com slash l m e which stands for let's master english so you can get this book for free if you sign up they give you one free book now if you're already a member on audible that's excellent this book is normally $22 but with your $15 membership you can get it, you don't have to pay the extra money.
