nice at the end of the month.

Now let's get into the business of English.
This expression is really good.
It is a modicum of decorum.
What?
It sounds like Latin.
It is a lot of Latin.
So a modicum of decorum forwards.
A modicum, M-O-D-I-C-U-M.
A modicum means a little bit, a little bit, at least a little bit.
A modicum of OV decorum.
Decorum means manners, especially good manners or behaving properly, being nice.
So a modicum of decorum means being nice, at least a little.
And this is a good thing to have a modicum of decorum means to at least be a little bit
nice to have at least somewhat good behavior.
Okay?
And we can change.
For example, when we say a modicum of something, a modicum of respect.
So for example, if you are working and the boss wants to fire you, he can just say,
you're fired.
Get the hell out of here.
That is zero respect.
In this situation, you would want at least a modicum of respect.
Jane, I'm sorry, you're fired.
We wish you the best of luck in the future.
That was much nicer.
That had a modicum of respect.
A modicum of truth.
A modicum of intelligence.
A modicum of decency.
A modicum of gratitude.
A modicum of is a great expression.
But today again, I want to focus on a modicum of decorum.
Decorum, D-E-C-O-R-U-M.
And this once again, especially means behavior, especially behaving properly, being good,
being nice, showing respect.
A modicum of decorum is used in a lot of situations.
When we had President Trump, a lot of people said,
President Trump did not have a modicum of decorum.
I kind of disagree.
In my opinion, the media, the American media, news media, like CNN and all the other ones,
they had zero decorum.
They did not have a modicum of decorum, even though they hated Trump.
They should show a modicum of decorum because the man is President.
Right?
No?
Well, I had this kind of situation just yesterday.
Check out the dialogue.
How could he say those things?
Well, he said them behind closed doors.
Yeah, but he's a pig.
He's a guy.
Well, we'd like a modicum of decorum, huh?
Yeah, so something happened yesterday.
And there was a big fight.
It was a family thing.
And somebody said something really rude.
I mean, not nice.
And low class.
Low class.
He said them behind closed doors.
He didn't say it in front of everybody.
So actually, I was the only person to hear what he said.
And I told my wife what he said.
And my wife was shocked.
She said, oh my God, he's a pig.
He should at least show a modicum of decorum.
And she's right, especially family, friends, business.
I think in any situation, even towards your enemy, or maybe especially towards your enemy,
showing a modicum of decorum is important.
We all have arguments.
We all have disagreements.
We all have problems.
We all have complaints.
Nobody's perfect.
Nothing is perfect.
And it never will be perfect for very long, at least.
But in all these situations, we should show a modicum of appreciation, a modicum of
gratitude, a modicum of decorum, even when times are difficult, when it's stressful,
when it's tough, when nothing is easy, when everything is bad, try to find a modicum
of gratitude.
When dealing with people, the people that you don't like, people that you disagree with,
when you're in an argument, try to show a modicum of decorum.
It's important to me, at least, maybe not to some people, like yesterday, not to some
people.
It's a great expression.
And once again, a modicum of tata tata.
And like I said, a modicum of truth, a modicum of intelligence, a modicum of respect,
a modicum of gratitude, a modicum of decency.
These are probably the most common co-locations for the fantastic word, a modicum.
Now, modicum is a now.
Okay?
Does that make sense?
I hope so.
It's a great expression.
We got a lot more coming.
Once again, guys, super sale, super summer sale coming up at the end of June.
Take advantage and join us.
We got a brand new system coming out.
Now I'll let you know about that, and maybe in two weeks.
It's going to be fantastic.
I'm excited.
And I want you to join and remember, if you're a member in June, if you join before the sale,
you will get a bonus.
You will get a bonus.
Okay?
So yeah, don't be afraid to join now.
Don't worry.
You join now.
Sign up for a month.
And then when the sale starts, take advantage of the sale.
Okay?
You're going to do it then you get that bonus, right?
Alright, guys, that's it.
Thank you so much.
Have a fantastic day.
And together, let's master English.
How could he say those things?
Well, he said them behind closed doors.
Yeah, but he's a pig.
He's a guy.
Well, we'd like a modicum of decorum, huh?
How could he say those things?
Well, he said them behind closed doors.
Yeah, but he's a pig.
He's a guy.
Well, we'd like a modicum of decorum, huh?
