It's free, okay? W. Let's master English dot com slash free, okay?
One more time. W. W. W. Let's master English dot com slash free today's expression is it ain't over till it's over.
Now I did a country expression.
I'll do a regular expression.
It ain't over till it's over.
It ain't over till it's over.
So one, two, three, four, five, six words.
I'll say each word. Listen carefully.
It ain't over till it's over.
And I'll spell it really quick.
It ain't a-i-n apostrophe T over OVER till apostrophe TIL.
It's IT apostrophe S over OVER.
So it ain't over till it's over.
If I use proper English, it would be it isn't finished until it is completely finished.
Hmm. What does this mean?
So the best way to tell you, to give you an example is you're watching a sports game.
Maybe it's a football, right?
Soccer, football, baseball, whatever, basketball.
And the game is almost over.
It's almost finished, right?
And basically the other team has five points and you, your team has three points.
And there's only two minutes to go.
Now most people will already be crying, oh no, we lost.
And they're gonna leave.
They're gonna turn off the TV.
They're gonna be angry, right?
But you know, two minutes is enough to score two goals, even three goals, and win.
So when everybody says, oh, we lost.
This is terrible. You say, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, it ain't over till it's over.
Wait, wait until the end.
Then we will know the final result.
It ain't over. The game isn't finished till it's over until the time runs out.
Does that make sense? My hope so.
Alright, let's go ahead and let's check out the dialogue.
979 podcasts. Wow, way to go.
Thanks. You're gonna quit at a thousand?
No. It ain't over till it's over.
That's right. This is our 979th podcast.
I said a long time ago, especially with the videos, and the EQ videos that I would go until 1000, then I would stop.
But yeah, we keep going.
We're, you know, we slow down a lot, but we made it to a thousand and we keep going.
So people suspected, oh, he's gonna quit.
Are you gonna quit? Are you gonna quit?
No, it ain't over till it's over.
I'm gonna keep going until the very end, which means probably until I die.
Yep. So as long as I'm alive, probably I will be making a EQ videos and podcasts.
I might not be good looking anymore.
Well, I'm really good looking right now, but in the future, you know, as I get older, my voice, I might sound like this.
And today, welcome to EQ number 4,224, maybe, right?
Are you still gonna listen?
